I have to say, the staff was exceptional. Room was always clean, night manager was so helpful. Concierge was pleasant and informative. Our waitresses were always cheerful and quick. Enjoyed the many options for a relaxing drink and the music was on point. We will return soon.

Great place to stay in the area. Some rooms have hard beds, some softer, but you can ask for a room change if needed. Wifi is good, but has those annoying login tickets that expire every few days. Pool is clean.

The room is clean I didn't check all the facilities just visit the club at the top floor it's a bit quite and little expensive. The only problem you can hear the Sewage pipe when some one use the bathroom.

It's an old hotel, the elevators are a pain to wait especially with the restriction of capacity. They do not separate the guest elevator and the hotel visitors. The bathroom is large, the room is big but old and the room we stayed in is a bit smelly. Location wise is good and just across of Al Osra supermarket with some restaurant. Not suitable for families with young children.

I enjoyed stay, quiet. A few furniture and fitting refresh needed but room i had the bedding looked new. Simple things make staying pleasant. Just needs a refesh of hall carpets and shower head. Staff are lovely.
