Luxury Hotel, Sparkling clean, Top service”
Spent 4 nights in a Deluxe Plus room. Lobby, patio and breakfast area are WOW !. The room spacious, very clean, big LCD, coffee/tea facilities, a bath and a separate shower. Super comfortable bed/pillow/dovet. The staff was the friendliest and the most attentive I have encountered: truely willing to fulfill your requests, and always with a smile. The closest Metro station is a 5-minute walk, and the Arc de Triomphe a 10-minute walk. Something to consider. If you don't mind the walk and you prefer a quiet residential location, it is perfect. Also I would have expected, booking a deluxe room, complementary mineral water and a turn-down service, which were not provided. But over all we were happy with our choice and will stay at the Hilton Arc the Triomphe in our next visit to breathtaking PARIS.
Good situation close to champs Elysees (5 min walk) - Arc de Triomphe Spa - garden Inside the hotel - quiet in the center of Paris - Breakfast - top top
Good service and nice hotel”
I stayed in Hilton Arc De Triomphe Paris hotel for 3D2N with my family of 4 and an infant. We booked a double double room with 2 queen size bed. The room was comfortable, facing a garden and clean room. Everything about the hotel was good - from service to comfort. Taxis were readily available outside the hotel, so it was not a problem traveling by taxi. But, I don't really find the location that central, as it was quite a far walk to the shops and eating places. However, other than that, everything else was fine. The hotel concierge also helped us to arrange for our river cruise tour. We requested for a baby cot but the one they sent to the room, was not safe for the baby - it looked more like a laundry trolley instead of a baby cot with the sharp and hard edges where the baby can hit her head with. Please look into this as it's dangerous. Recommended hotel for those who seek comfort and excellent service. Check in and check out was a breeze. Cheers!
Good location but wifi is not free”
good location close to arc de trionphe and also champ elysees the staff is good and the room is clean but there is no free wifi available there
Beautiful Art deco Hotel In the 8th district. Classy, quiet, pleasant, Great executive lounge. Next to Parc Monceau and rue du Faubourg St Honoré. What a fantastic place to experience Paris ... a must if you are staying in Paris..
Great location and good services”
Lovely stay. Coming back to hotel is relaxing after being out the whole day in Paris. Metro station is 5mins walk away. Hotel staffs are friendly and the executive lounge offers breakfast, snacks and drinks till 11pm is a real bonus. No swimming pool or Internet is a pity but not missed too much for our 3 days stay. HIghly recommended for travelling with children as they take 2 children in the same room with 2 queen size bed.
great hotel with first class food facilities”
overall a very pleasant stay in the hilton. very quiet room and overall great, typical hilton experience: well equiped, but traditional room, great breakfast offering. fitness is ok, but not very aspirational place to be. hotel has a nice courtyard which helps to relax in the busy center of paris. check in was as always friendly and professional.
An old and elegant hotel in the heart of paris”
I spent a two days holiday in Paris with my wife after business trip in Europe. I decided to pick this hotel through Agoda. Overall we sastified with our stay, attentive staff, clean room, good breakfast in an trully French architecture, elegant hotel in central Paris. However, You should take taxis in stead of walk or metro to reach popular attractions including effiel tower, notre dame de paris, louvre museum and monmatre. The nearest one is Lafayette (about 1.5km).
great hotel in nice location”
overall a nice stay in a great hotel. great welcome at reception, nice rooms in the standard hilton way, but especially for paris spacious and well cooled. fitness and wellness area is definitely state of the art. breakfast is probably one of the best in paris with a wide offer of fresh fruit and all kind of hot & cold food. only disadvantage was that my room was probably above an area which needed maintenance, so lots of noice until late and starting early again
Beautiful room and service with a smile”
concierge was extremely helpful many times during the stay. i strongly recommend you use them for any excursions or events. the breakfast was very expensive and i would opt for other options. rooms aren't spacious (then again, it's paris), but well appointed and quite stylish. overall a good experience.
great hotel close to city centre”
overall a very nice stay in a top class hotel. warm welcome at reception and standard but good quality hilton rooms. not a lot of special thrills and rooms are a bit outdated. well equiped gym with a wide variety of equipment. food is indeed good quality and the breakfast offer is very generous. staff performance friendly and professional.
Comfortable hotel near arc du triomphe”
Comfortable room. Unfortunately water pressure of shower was rather weak. Not too near the busiest areas of Paris but at the same time a healthy 10-minute walk. Complimentary bottled water only provided for day 1. when asked why, given different answers by different staff. Wouldn't expect a 5star hotel to make a big fuss over minute issues that caused a bit of inconvenience for us as the nearest convenience store was 10 minute walk.
Nice. Close to shopping area by taxi just eur 6,10”
I enjoy it very much. Clean , lux and big room for standard type. Close to shopping area elysees just 5 mins by taxi (eur 6,10)
Very good hotel”
Value for price is good. Luxury, clean and spacy Hotel with very friendly staff.
Needs interiors to be done up”
Nothing much to say about the hotel except I got it at a bargain price compared to others. However this is certainly not a 5 star property by any means. The interiors have certainly seem better days and sadly the room I got 354, was right next to the service elevator and the door to the elevator was making a big and I mean big noise every time it was opened and closed. despite my asking the reception to sort it out by oiling the door or doing something about it, nothing happened. probably will not stay here again.
Great location with excellent emenities ”
Perfect location, walking distance to most attractions, few eateries around the hotel but food itself was good at the hotel. Downside was although it was more of a business hotel the Internet was expensive
we booked 2 rooms for one night. Both rooms we were given were newly furnished, well equipped. and the bathrooms were spotless. The bed's were very comfortable and a choice of pillows made for a good sleep. The hotel is well located near the Metro and while there are not many bars/restaurants in the area its only a short walk to the main Montparnasse area and main areas of Paris (Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower etc.) are only 20 minutes walk.
quaint, quiet in gorgeous Paris”
only stayed one night but what we experienced was perfect. Clean room, nice staff, comfortable bed, quiet location. I'd recommend this hotel.
a comfortable hotel thats quite near to most of the things to do in Paris. only thing is the lobby seemes too small or either tht, alway too many people.
Beautiful hotel with good air conditioning during the heat wave! short walk to metro but did have to switch to yellow line to go to most places we wanted to go to. Metro wait was always 2-4 minutes so not a big problem. Staff was very helpful.
