One of my favourite hotels in Paris ”
Hotel du Ministère is one of my favourite hotels in Paris - if you are working in the area the location is great, the hotel has great facilities for a Paris hotel and compared to many other hotels I've stayed in the rooms are very big. Staff are super helpful and relaxed. Good quality breakfast. Sheets and pillows are also very good quality which is actually quite rare to find in Paris. I will definitely stay here again.

Apartment review”
We stayed at the apartment..we felt the photos did not give an accurate representation of 2 flight of steep stairs (30 steps), rooms are not that big… living area is nice but that’s after climbing 2 flights of stairs.. there was one day our living room was not cleaned.. we also had a few key card issues, and witnessed other guests having similar issues. Staff were friendly though, big praise to Alexandre for being very hospitable!

The shower was a pain in the neck, tricky to control the temperature, so I had to reduce the times I took a shower.

Great location within walking distance to spots”
It was my second time of stay in the Ministere hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were always willing to help. The location is so great that you can reach some of the main tourist attractions on foot. The room was comfy, cosy and clean. They provided limited free nonalchoholic drinks which was quite a nice treat. I will definitely choose to stay with the Ministere hotel when I visit Paris next time.

nice and stylishly decorated hotel. nice small rooms with everything you need. friendly and helpful staff. it is centrally located in the heart of paris. right next to the shopping area (st. honore). within walking distance to champs elysees, arc de triomphe, louvre and many other tourist spots. highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in Paris”
I travel to Paris for business few times a year, and have tried different hotels from right next to metro hotel to 5-star hotel, but I'd say, Ministere is the best so far I experienced. Comparing to the hotel rate, to have such standard room size and cleanliness, just can't ask for more. I especially appreciated with the bathroom, as normally in paris, there would be spacious but old,dirty bathroom, or clean but super tiny (like you gonna drop the toothbrush or serum into the toilet), here I experienced spacious shower plus clean towels. For breakfast, it's okay but as it's free from room rate so good enough for me. Staffs are friendly and speak good english, they helped me on every request, not even 5-star hotels staffs would have the same attitude, in Paris especially. Can't ask for more, and I'd definitely stay again next time, probably in June! Hope the room rate would stay the same too!

Our stay in Hotel du Ministere was perfect - right up from check in to check out, the staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable. The room sizes are huge - and we were expecting tiny rooms since its in Paris. Location is ideal - we walked to Eiffel tower, Louvre, Notre Damus, etc. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location”
Rooms are small, but what do you expect in Paris? At least they were well thought out and they made the best use of the limited space and strange beams out of the ceiling. Decor is very modern, and you can see they probably refurbished the building not too long ago. The location is great if you are spending time around the tourist sights. Rue du FSH is right around the corner, where you can easily continue to Rue Royale or Rue du Saint Honore. The Madeleine is a 5 mins walk from the hotel, while the Opera and Galeries Lafayette are about 12-15 mins away. We didn't use the Metro during our stay, but it didn't look like it was too far away.

lovely hotel with good staffs”
the hotel is located just off rue st honore which means perfect for shopping! very convenient for shoppers to walk around. as for the hotel itself, the room are okay, nothing to shout about considering the fact that majority of the rooms in paris of this price range is of this quality. rooms are not big but they are sufficient. however, the staffs in this hotel were helpful, friendly and try their best in helping out whichever way they could. as for food choices, there are plenty around, all within walking distance, hence never a problem for food.

Love the Hotel Hated the Night staff”
I feel my one star staff is unfair to the Day staff. However the night shift takes the cake for 1 star Awfulness. Dont know where to start with his guy to the benefit that we had a great time in Paris and all the Day Staff were very nice and helpful. Lets not go in detail other than his guy is the classic unfriendly french stereotypes we see in the Hollywood movie. To Hotel owner pls do something about this we love your hotel.

Please Change Night Staff”
Please improve night staff coming back to the hotel in the night you get the warm experience of your grumpy uncle complaining about why are you home so late and a lecture of being conciderate of others people (his) sleeping time (more of an annoyed feeling than concerned)

Lovely hotel in a convenient location”
The hotel was lovely but the staff was very aloof. The location was very good where I could walk everywhere and it was very clean and neat though a little on the small side for the amount of money I paid. Breakfast was good.

Terrible staff at night shift”
The man on duty at reception in evening was very rude, always expressionless and never said back hi when we said hi to him. One night at around 1pm he was even asleep when we went back. I had a handbag delivered to the hotel the night before I checked out. I asked him for it first thing when going back hotel, and he said he had nothing there, and if they had received, it should have been in my room. Wasting much time looking for the parcel it turned out that it was kept by them. The man just didn't bother to spare a minute to service, or even said a word.
