Staff is excellent”
Super clean, tiny old lift (fit max 3 people at one go), small TV. It’s basic but sufficient. Convenient access to restaurants and Anvers metro station (3mins walk). I walked from gare du nord station with luggage and it took me around 13 mins

Big noise, small rooms”
Good positioning, decent price but .... hellish noise from the street due to the traffic and the bums in the park in front. Noise due to the cleaning staff (I talk and hit various objects as if they were alone in the hotel).Breakfast ok! Without a.c. ! Very small rooms but these are the old hotels in Paris ...

Good location, great views”
The hotel is clean and comfortable and in a pleasant square between busy/run down areas around Pigalle and Gare du Nord. If you can get a room on an upper story, the views are great, right across Paris to the Eiffel Tower and up to Sacre Coeur.

I like this hotel cause it is only 3 min walking distance from Anvers station. the staffs were friendly, which you can not find at other place in paris. good breakfast too. its worth to pay extra. good wifi and comfortable room.

Fantastic Private Hotel in Bruges”
We stayed for 3 nights in October and loved everything about this beautiful hotel. It feels like your own home. All the staff and the owners Marc and Lieve are hands-on and make you extremely welcome. The large bed in our canal-view room was super comfortable and had top quality bedding. Beautiful bathroom products always show me the class of a property and these were beautiful. Breakfast is healthy, fresh and there are lots of options. It is our favourite hotel after travelling through the UK and France for two months.

Great location and money worth it”
We wanted a hotel for just a bed basis, we did not want breakfast cause we wanted to try the different shops around Paris. Room was clean and the bathroom was always cleaned and with fresh towels. Very small room but did not bother us cause we stayed very long hours strolling so we only needed a shelter to sleep in and the hotel worked perfect. Very good value for money.

Good budget hotel”
Arrived early and was not feeling well as had a cold, staff gave me the room before normal check in time which i really appreciated as i could rest. Room was old but not bad. Bed was comfortable enough. Wifi worked well in the room. Shower went hot, although one morning it was not too hot as i think everyone was showering at the same time. Noise can be heard from rooms above, but during sleeping time hotel was quiet. Heating in the room was good to the point that i had to turn the dial down. Good hotel for the amount i paid and location was close to things of interest and close to a metro line.

A great location hotel for new tourist to Paris”
Our stay was great as the hotel is located near the metro station and plenty of eating places. The rooms were quite small and the bathroom was very small but its clean.

Great Location but....”
Stayed at this hotel three years ago, so my expectation was not too high. The great thing is the location and, as we were travelling by car, a secure car park nearby. This time we were with friends and had two twin rooms,. The rooms were just about big enough but very tired and poorly furnished , the bathrooms were really bad. If you just need a bed for a few hours it's OK, but don't pay very much for your room.

When I arrived at the hotel I was served by a man and I handed over my itinerary details because it seemed as if there was a problem with the booking. Once I was provided with a room I asked for it back and was advised I'd get it back later which I never did. The lift could fit 2 people and when I got to my room, it had a pleasant view and the bed looked like a double. The bathroom was way too small and I've never seen a shower like it, it was tiny!! Between rooms you can hear everything!! And outside the street doesn't become quiter until 9/10 pm. And the worst aspect was I chose to sleep in one morning and I could hear housekeeping outside and as there was not a do not disturb sign in th room, upon my exit they were standing right outside and made me feel quite uncomfortable

Small hotel but it's in a very convenient location if you're looking to stay in the Montmartre area / Pigalle area. Staff was very helpful too.
