Best In Paris”
I arrived in Paris from Barcelona last April 25th, on my last day in Barcelona, heading to the airport.. I was victimized by the bird poop scam(google it), my backpack and my coat were splattered at Las Ramblas.. I arrived in Paris still a little bit traumatized from the experience but when I got to Hotel du Triangle d’Or.. The accommodating smile of the hotel ambassadors quickly flushed away the unfortunate incident that happened to me earlier in the day.. The friendliness of these people were beyond exceptional. I immediately felt the love and care I’d get from family.. Check IN was quick clear and superb. The room is perfect for me, bed comfortable, clean, the scent of the lotion shampoo might dethrone Cersei Lannister after you use them... Safety and security were top class in this hotel, the magnificent house keepers were all kind and courteous.. upon check out the ladies also took care of my needs(luggage) making my stay in the city of lights truly remarkable... Merci! -Lyle
Paris 3 day tour”
I picked this hotel due to it's location and the quirky music theme, location is perfect and within an easy walk of all top attractions, shopping and Euro star terminal. The hotel's theme is music as it is so close to the Opera (the most beautiful of buildings by-the-way) and many theaters, it was fun to spot all the music references. Hotel was also spotless, newly furnished with all the facilities we would need for our short stay. Staff also very kind and helpful, even took time to help us with our terrible French pronunciation (one of the reason for going to France). I would defiantly recommend the hotel but would suggest going out for breakfast as the one on offer at the Triangle d'Or was somewhat limited.
Excellent location & staff ”
The hotel was clean and modern situated 2 mins from a train station that was central to anywhere in Paris Staff were friendly and made entering and exiting very welcoming. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had all facilities required. The fridge wasn’t very cold, but I presume this is a European downside as other cities don’t cool well. The lift was also small, fitting only 2/3 people at a time to serve the building. I would recommend this hotel and return here if back in Paris. Well done Hotel Du Triangle
Great Boutique Hotel in central Paris”
Stayed four nights at Hotel du Triangle d'Or and would return on a future visit. Pros-Great location near the Lovure and Orsay museums; near subway stations, clean, free French and English newspapers (New York Times), well designed and great front desk staff. Cons-Rooms are a tad small and the buffet breakfast is limited in the food offered.
Great Hotel Located close to Paris Department Stores”
This hotel is very well located just a few minutes walk from the big Paris Department Stores Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. It is a few minutes walk to the Paris Opera Garnier, Place Vendome, Place de la Concorde and The Louvre Museum. It is also close to the Metro stations of Madeleine, Opera and the RER station Auber. The decoration of the hotel and rooms are a musical theme, which is fun
Excellent location, Pro & Friendly Staffs, Characteristic Deco, Wifi needs upgrade, Good AGODA deal ”
Walking distance to Pl da la Concorde, Madeleine, Palais Garnier, Opera, Les Grands Boulevards (Galleries Lafayette, Printemps Paris & many brand names...located). A few mins walk to Metro, all landmarks in Paris were easily reached & plenty of choices of restaurants. If it's not raining & you can manage to carry all your luggage, it is 10 mins+- walk to Roissy Bus Stop via Rue Godot de Mauroy & Rue Auber airport bus every 15 mins) which I believed is the best deal & most direct way to CDG airport. Front desk staffs were professional & helpful to guests. I'll have reserve if U'r a family with 2 kids or with lots of big suitcases but good for me & my son aged 14. Interior deco in rock & band theme. Everything seemed clean, just floor carpet looks worn out & I was a bit claustrophobic the first time when we used the elevator to our room, imagine sardines in a box😬. I highly recommend this hotel to business traveller or tourist to explore the city. We're quite upset of the wifi though😥
Musical Concept ”
My great experience with Hotel du Triangle d'Or is I was check out that time and I found out I left my laptop in my room so I try to called them and they so kind and gentle help me to found it and keep for me until I' m back to collect.
Well location hotel”
The hotel is very well location within metro. I take the Roissy Bus from CDG airport to Paris Opera and walk to hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful with our request. Highly recommended.
2 night stay”
We had a lovely stay at the triangle d'or the staff were helpful and approachable but unused to children (I was traveling with my daughter who is 10). Our only negatives were: the wifi was not working, the room was really tiny and breakfast was ridiculously expensive (€32) for what was very basic. Better value to go out to a brasserie for an authentic Parisian breakfast at less than half the price. But we still enjoyed ourselves and the staff were very accommodating.
Staff super welcoming, great location and felt safe. Highly recommended.”
Loved the hotel decor with its music theme. Tourist information and daily newspapers available in hotel. . Room bright and cheerful. Staff always cheerful, welcoming and watchful which made me feel safe. Super location with Opera, Madeleine and Grands Magasins within an easy walk, with choice of restaurant types, including grocery store, near hotel. I stayed for a week and felt comfortable and looked after.
Nice and convenient”
Location is convenient, close to Opera and not far from Louvre. Front desk is very nice. We booked the larger room and it is very spacious in Paris standard.
Nice hotel , great staff”
Very nice hotel close to Madelaine , rooms are nice size for Paris , great design . super nice staff that goes far to fullfil your needs . The hotel has hamman and massage , small SPA . I didnt try the breakfast . The only thing I would add is coffee/tee machine/set in the room . i would stay there again for sure : ))
Excellent place to stay”
Clean hotel, hot running water and all the creature comforts that we needed were there. Rashid at the front desk went beyond the call of duty all the time with a smile on his face! Keep him! He’s the epitome of customer service at its best! We will definitely recommend the place to friends heading to Paris! Great theme too!!
Excellent location but no hot water for shower!”
First, the goods: 1. Superb location, walking distance to Opera and Rue saint honore, 1min walk to Madeleine metro station 2. Design is young and hip 3. Daytime staff are extremely nice and helpful Now the bads: 1. On one night their heater broke down and there eas no hot water for bath/shower. We expected a nice hot shower in this 15 degrees weather after a tired & long day and were utterly disappointed. A first (and bad) experience in my life! 2. On the first night (sep6), their night time reception had this really bad attitude, very stuck up. For example, when i asked him what is our room number as it was not specifically written on the envelop and i just wanna be safe, he said " of course it is xx, otherwise why would be on the card?" I mean, i know it is obvious question but i was double confirming, as someone in the service industry, this is not the attitude he should have. 3. They have wifi but it always disconnects esp when many ppl online at night. When wmy husband (who is in the IT industry abd obviously knows a lot about routers and IP addresss etc) called the stuck-up-bad-attitude reception guy on the first night and told him that my iphone couldnt connect, he said it is my business, my hubsand said why dont u restart the router cuz my iphone cant locate yr IP, whereas my laptop andiphonecan, so maybe it's yr router problem, he said i cannot help you. Whatt kindof attitude is that?? He definitely spoils our first impression of the hotel and how his fellow coworkers worked so hard to build up.
Very Friendly & Strategic”
You can hop on a Roissybus from CDG airport (T2) to reach Opera directly (for Euro 12 per pax) and its only 600m walk to the hotel (6 mins) so its much better than taking Metro as the steps at the various stations one needs to change will kill you if you have heavy luggages. There are 3 choices of Metro stations that you can go, Madeleine being the nearest. We actually walked to Louvre on day of arrival after checking in. Printemps, Grand Lafayette is near Our room was reasonable in size with room enough to place and open a luggage bag without blocking any passages. Very clean and they made the beds every day. Staff, M/s Fatimah and Mr. Shah were both very friendly and helpful. Helped us made dinner reservation as our French is limited to bonjour and merci only. We were also allowed to keep our luggages there after check out and spent the rest of the day sightseeing further before heading to the airport. All in all, I am glad we chose this property four our 3 nights trip in Paris.
Great Hotel, Superb Location”
The hotel is great. It is located in the heart of paris, a 10 min walk from almost every site. The hotel staff are very welcoming and always ready to help. We stayed at room and it was a good as new. felt as if we were the first to use the room - it's condition is super. the price is quite high, but is worth it.
Very friendly & helpful staffs. Neat & clean room!”
Very good location surrounded by Metro stations that could access to various places of interest and good combination of French and Thai/Viet restaurants. Staffs are very helpful & friendly. Room is small but is neat & clean! If back to Paris again, will stay in this hotel again.
Good location, value for money, kind staffs and nice & fun interior”
- Good location (less than 10 min. walk from Opera, Roissy bus, Saint Lazare station, department stores, metro, etc.) - Spacious than expected [especially for budget hotel], cozy, recently remodeled to have quite joyful atmosphere, air-conditioning OK, elevator OK, water pressure OK - Kind staffs - Amenity: shower gel, body lotion, shampoo and soap/no slipper provided/no bathtub in case of my room (I was traveling alone and reserved one of the smallest room, and I was OK with this.)
Excellent service provider - RACHID made it specia”
Very wonderful experience at this hotel as the receptionist called RACHID made all the differences!! Always sincere to greet guests and work very efficiently to entertain guest requests!! Excellent location near Madeline station~~~ Easy accessible to any attraction sites in Paris! MUST visit again. Hotel design is hip and new, clean and spacious too~~~
Nice cosy room in a good location ”
There are many eateries and bars around the area. Just a 3mins walk away from Madeleine metro station. Nice cosy and small room. The staff were extremely nice, polite and friendly. Value for money. Will stay there again if happen to be in Paris :)
