Really nice hotel for the price. The rooms are a bit small but offer enough space to place your baggage and still walk around comfortably. The breakfast was better than we expected but it is served pretty early, after 9am they start cleaning up so for best results you should aim to be there by 8am. The location is really good as the hotel is right next to a metro station and is a ~15 minutes walk away from Dotonbori, one of the main tourist spots. There is also an yamato transport branch close by if you need to forward your baggage. If you want great value for your money this is a great choice.

The location is very near Shinshaibashi and Dotonbori and Nagahori line. No hassle at all! The buffet breakfast inclusion have lots of food varieties. Staff were also very accommodating.

Booked the small room good enough for sleeping only, tiny but clean. Liked the breakfast. Near the station and shopping streets.

Room is a bit small they maximize the space inside the room, toilet is clean with small tub and hot water.. perfect for couple who are always on the go for stroll. They served the same dish for breakfast buffet. Overall we had a great stay and definitely recommended for budgeted traveller.

Everything is good, polite staff, splendid location. Few restaurants around, 5 minutes walk to the main tourist area. Only one issue, the smallest toilet I ever seen, although the room area is slightly bigger than the normal Japan’s hotel

Superb Japanese breakfast, however, spent 2h to locate the hotel... Bathroom slightly bigger than that in airplane... Bed & blankets are dirty & with stains... Carpet is smelly.

Transit hotel before airport”
I had to catch an early 10am flight at Kansai Airport.Location of hotel was strategic besides Nagahoribashi Subway Station, Exit 3. Walking distance to Namba, Dotombori and Shinsaibashi. Breakfast spread was good. All dept staff were friendly courteous and happy to greet. Eatery shops are within walking steps right besides this hotel.Room although small, no issues as it was cosy and has comfy beds.

Great place and easy access to public transport”
the hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from Omiya (subway) and Shijio Omiya (tram station to Arashiyama) and bus station, is really convenient. Room is really clean, maybe the bathroom is slightly small but overall is good. Friendly and helpful staff.

Good hotel in Shinsaibashi”
Located in Sinshaibashi, very walkable to shopping street and Dohtonbori. Near JR Station which is convenient. The hotel is not easy to find because it just changed its name. Theres only a piece of paper on the front door saying that it used to be Lore Sinshaibashi Hotel. Luckily we saw that piece of paper, otherwise we would spend some time to find the hotel.

Suitable for solo and location is good. In between donburi and shinsabashi. Both walkable distance by foot. It is surround with 7-11, family mart and Lawson. Not much of a facilitates but the room is clean.

overall kind workers but very limited to communicate by english, satisfactory with location walking distance to city center and cheap restaurants, convenien stores are just nearby. room is the smallest one I ever had among 20 countries. no place to move a few steps.
