Just next door to the train station! The hotel room was clean and have large toilet with bathtub. The hotel area feels safe even at night. They provide luggage storage after checkout. Will surely come back whenever im in Paris.

you should check the booking carefully, they should show you where is breakfast and what time they start to open; however they never mention about the booking had included breakfast or not. then the check-out day, they just “declare that yor breakfast fee is 10euro/each person”...what a good deal!!!!

Sweet little hotel and lovely neighborhood”
I really like staying here. The amenities are pretty new and well maintained. The location is very nice. -- Not touristy, with cute cafes, a market, shops, and the metro just at the corner. The only drawback is that they offer a smoking sun room in the back--which I wish were for non-smokers because it is lovely. And the smoke sometimes filters to the lobby. The walls are a little thin, so I could sometimes hear the neighbors. But it wasn't a problem. Easy access to Palais de Tokyo, Museum Guimet, and other places of interest. I would stay here again when I need to work in Champerret.

Really helpful & nice staff, Can communicate with good english. Great location, next with metro station & have supermarket and restaurant. Bad wi-fi, have wi-fi but need keep connect within 5mins.

location is near metro station but room is small. It is considered expensive when compared to other cities. The shops nearby are not really interesting and the eateries are considered expensive when comparing to other more central location like that central paris.

Bad wireless connection & thin wall between rooms”
The hotel is just beside metro station, but this metro station has no elevator and with lots of stairs. The internet wireless is free but the connection cannot reach to our room, we reported to the staff but they didn't believe it. Our room was not very big, but just enough. The funny thing is we could listen the next door guest snoring at the first night, and listen the couple argue at the second night...

Very basic but worth the money hotel”
Hotel is bit far from Paris downtown, need to transfer at least once if you are coming back from any downtown area and taking around 30minutes. But it's just located next to the tube station so still convenient. Room is quite small as always, very basic facility, dated funitures but still clean. Staffs are helpful. Given the price, still worth the money
