Cool Hotel”
Cool hotel hidden away in a good neighborhood in Paris. We set off on foot from here and walked pretty much the hole city. Also pretty good for the subway to anywhere. Breakfast was solid and had a cozy communal feel.

Location, modern and FREE WINE!!”
Great location for a hotel. Near some excellent restaurants and brunch spots. The train stations are close by and everything is really in walking distance if you like to wander. The hotel is clean, modern and you get a free wine on check in. WIN!!

Loved the location. Rooms are small but well appointed. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Wifi worked perfectly. Breakfast @ 18 EUR was good quality. Great authentic area full of cool bar, restaurants, bistros, etc. Definitely would consider for future trips.

Excellent hotel”
Staff, location and comfort
Reading previous reviews about this hotel led me to book it for the three days we were in Paris and I wouldn't hesitate to book it on return visits or recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.
The staff are ultra friendly and helpful and I would give top marks to them right from reception, restaurant staff and through to the room maid who all spoke good English. Check in and check out could not have been easier.
An ironing board is available and if you need a launderette there is one a few yards along the street. The WiFi probably the fastest I have encountered in a hotel.
Breakfast was very good and throughout the day there is a free coffee and tea station which also includes cookies.
The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable and a very good bathroom. No problems with noise.
Just wish we could have stayed longer.

The first impression in Paris”
services & location
It was our first day in Paris & we were very tired. A taxi dropped us in front of the hotel. The front desk was very helpful & advised us to freashen up. Since we couldn't check in yet, we left the luggage and went to Lourve. When we came back for dinner, he recommended a good rest, as well as called to make rsv. for us. We stayed there for one night, and need to leave the city for two nights. The hotel didn't mind us leaving our luggages there for 2 days. We went back to pick up our luggages 2 days after. The same front desk called a taxi for us to send us to the next hotel since we don't speak French. Overall services exceed my expectations for French standard!

Perfect Industrial Chic hotel”
Close to bike rentals, great restaurants, very "local"
Perfect place to stay for our 4 day quick trip to Paris. We wanted to make it to all the typical tourist sites and museums yet we wanted to feel like we were in a non tourist part of Paris. Hotel Fabric fit the location and environment as we had hoped. We will return!

Staff was on point from the start w not only recommendations to Versailles and to restaurants in the area but also went out of their way to accommodate an extra night stay due to our flight cancellation by AirFrance. I would highly recommend to any friends.

Cool industrial chic design, great breakfast, hip neighborhood with lovely bistros, close to the city center, without being touristy.
Our stay was great, the room and lobby were new and tastefully designed, the staff were helpful and polite and the location superb; not stuffed with tourists, yet at a walking distance of the city center the neighborhood is lively and hip.

Las reseñas de este hotel en internet y las fotografías del mismo no le hacen el suficiente honor, este hotel esta mucho mejor en vivo, el diseño es único, muy bien pensando en el viajero moderno, el concepto es vanguardista, es un hotel que te invita a disfrutar cada rincón de este, realmente supero mis expectativas y si voy a Paris en el futuro seguramente me volveré a quedar en este.
Si un comentario de mejora podría hacer es que incluyeran comida caliente en el bufete de desayuno, aunque la calidad de los alimentos que tiene es altísima
Vale mucho la pena por su costo
