I absolutely loved the service and staff! In all of my years traveling I have never had such an amazing stay at a hotel! The staff was very friendly and kind. They help me do something special for my wife’s birthday on a last minute notice. Absolutely the best.
I honestly can not say anything bad about the hotel.

The food was fantastic and the staff were the icing on the cake to making this trip incredible. There were great treks a walking distance from the hotel that gave some of the most beautiful views of the town. Thoroughly recommended

Needed to use hotel shuttle to get to the lists - it did run to schedule and was easy to use.

Loved the garden and jacuzzi. The restaurant was very high-end. Dinner on both days was amazing! The place was small enough that it didn't feel like a "hotel". Perfect.
The two men (the oldest) who worked there were nice but a little "strict" so my daughter (11) found them...not exactly scary but not approachable either.
