Conveniently located in Shinsaibashi/Amemura, near plenty of vintage clothing stores, cafes and eateries. Many of the food establishments are open till late. While the surrounding area did get a little rowdy on weekends due to the proximity to clubs/bars, the hotel room was quiet. Bread, coffee, and tea were served in the lobby daily. The additional wash basin in the room was a very welcome convenience. Would recommend using the provided heater/humidifier unit if you are visiting in the winter, as the air can get quite dry.

We stayed there for the first time, and it was in a great location. Next to the hondori and lots of restaurants. The service was good, and they were friendly. I didn't go for the breakfast, but I wish I had.

I’ve stayed at this hotel and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains. The staff are amazing the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate. 4 mins walk to Shinsaibashi station, a lot of food at the street, less than 10 mins walk to Dotonbori, 7 mins walk to Nagahoribashi station. Location was great and convenient. Highly recommend this hotel and I will stay back when I next visit.

- Near to train station and within the main shopping districts - Friendly and welcoming hotel staffs including the housekeeping staff - Reception staff communicate with fluent English - Room is clean and neat, room a bit small unable to open 25” luggage size fully, just nice for a solo traveller - Bed is clean and comfy however the pillows a bit too soft and thin - Hotel equipped with nice onsen too - Highly recommended

Clean, newly renovated and quiet. The location is good not too far from the subways Shinsaibashi station and not too far from the shopping street Shinsaibashi Suji, Dotombori, Namba so these places are accessible by walking. Near the hotel is the convenience store and there are many restaurant around the hotel.
