Very good”
Hotel is just fine! Nice rooms, lovely rooftop swimmingpool and bar, great location. Breakfast room is too small for the number of guests. In the morning there is a queue people waiting to be seated.

Great location”
Fantastic location moments away from the winding streets BarrioCruz. Loads tapas restaurant within 5-10 min walk and very easy to get to cathedral and Alcazar. Lovely to have small pool to cool off in. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location in the Barrio Santa Cruz”
Location, very friendly staff, parking service
Pleasent stay in the historical city center, all mayor sites in walking distance and barrio Santa Cruz basically at your door step with beautiful restaurants and bars! Nice roof top pool - during our stay the roof top bar was unfortunately already closed due to the low season. Hotel unfortunately a bit noisy, you could hear almost every word from the room next door and above. Staff very friendly and helpul - parking service a great help in the narrow city street and not really more expansive than a public parking garage.

Fair value for the price”
Location
Our stay was fair. This was our third hotel in Spain, and we had been spoiled by our first two hotels. The location is really good, and the pool was a nice perk! The room was ample, as was the bathroom - but nothing spectacular. Noise travels between rooms, and up from the street (even on the 3rd floor). Internet was spotty, and the hotel staff didn't go out of their way to assist new guests.

Great location, thin walls, weak wifi”
Location, location, location
Feb. 2014, room on 2nd floor, 96 EUR rate. Room: was spacious for an inner city hotel in Seville, but the walls were so thin that it overshadowed our stay. We had people next door who behaved totally normal but nevertheless the sound (conversation, plugs being plugged in, shower, etc.) was travelling through the walls as if there they weren't walls. Additionally, the wifi was too slow to be used. I expect to be able to sleep in a hotel of this class, even if people next door are having a conversation. Location: excellent, Breakfast: nice, traditional style, served in a special platter, Service: good.

great location, horrendous wifi, service wanting”
good location, restaurants nearby, central
Its location is quite good (in the city) for its price. THere are many local restaurants nearby so you do not have to fret having nothing to eat. It is really near the Casa de Flamenco show at the Alcantara hotel which I highly recommend and find value for money. The wifi connectivity is actually really horrendous even though we stayed at the first level - facebook cannot even load! When we feedbacked this to the staff, they were actually quite curt about it, saying things like "It is like this in Spain" (when it is totally fine when we were in Barcelona and Valencia) and that "It is okay in the salon and here", which did not address the issue and came across as trying to shirk responsibility. The staff seemed to be challenging me when they asked if I wanted to change rooms, and it was only when they themselves tested the wifi connection in the hotel rooms upstairs that they ate humble pie. Certainly expected more out of a "4-star Historical Hotel" in Seville.

Nice hotel with many awesome local restaurants”
Reasonable price, Vicinity to local attractions, Many food options
This is a very nice hotel located to major attractions and many awesome choices of good local dinings / restaurants. Although it is a bit far from the main train station, but the hotel area is nice to walk around to have good food and drinks.

It was okay, not great. ”
Large rooms, nice pool, centrally located.
The hotel was nice, but on the last day I found ants in my bed. Tons of them! It was very disturbing since I had been sleeping in that bed for the last 4 nights!! The hotel staff weren't very nice, but they were helpful if you asked them for information. the hotel was very centrally located, the food places nearby were good.

location, rooftop pool, nice rooms
We stayed for four nights and enjoyed very much the stay. The weather was very hot, so the rest on the rooftop pool after a day of visiting was very appreciated even if shade is hard to find up there. The rooms are clean and the staff is very nice. There is a parking and although it is a bit expensive, they park your car for you, which is nice. The location could not be nicer. Right in the middle of the city very close to the Cathedral and close to nice restaurants. I would go back again for sure.

Great location ”
Have just returned from 2 nights at this hotel. In such a small old town, they have parking space are very good. Small reception area. Good location to eat and cathedral, Reales Alcazares. Bus stop is about 5/10 min walk from the hotel. The room is clean and lovely. But like many hotels nowadays the walls are thin so you can hear something, but it is OK.
