Very nice hotel”

The hotel smells really nice. Check-in took us about less than 3 minutes. The staff at the reception spoke really good English. Our room had a balcony. You can‘t see much because the room is located at the side street but it‘s ok. The room is very clean and it looks like it‘s new. Other staffs are very nice, some spoke only korean but they were all nice. They bring you fresh towels everyday & we were provided with body soap, shampoo & conditioner, even disposable toothbrush, hair tie and bottled mineral water for free. Only down side is, they serve toast with butter & marmalade & cereals (self-service) not much of a selection or you can order rice porridge (you need to pre-order it until 23:00 for next morning), they will bring it to your room on a specific time you requested. The self-service breakfast is located at the 3rd floor on the hall, not quite of a space but it‘s all good, there is a microwave also.We feel all relaxed everytime we were in our room. It was a pleasant ! Thanks

Exceptional”

Great location, especially for the first time visitors, close to many sightseeing places. The door is on the national food street, but there is little expensive. An advice to order porridge for breakfast. And the pros is that shower and toilet is divided and small rooms (but it is too often for Seoul).

Awesome stay”

The hotel was way way better then I thought, stuff members was way beyond nice, they speak both good English and Mandarin. The room is not really what people said it's small, still have lots of space to use. Since I really care the quality of the bed, this hotel has really good one! I slept so well! One last thing that I LOVE about this hotel is that they have amazing breakfast!

Nice Hotel at a fantastic location”

Very good location, few minutes walking distance to Myeong-dong, Namdaemun Market, Deoksugung Palace, Seoul Museum of History and next to line 1 and line 2 "City Hall" subway station. Staffs are very good and they will bring you your complimentary Korean congee breakfast when you order it the day before and let them know the time you like. Only one thing we don't like, we took a room for three adults "Deluxe Twin Room". The bath and the toilet are divided into two small rooms. That is OK, but the bath side the room is super small. I'm Asian and I'm not a big guy, I find it hard to get into the tub. There are no place to put your clothes or towel inside this bath room. Other then this everything is A1 +++, I will stay at this Hotel again next time in Seoul. Thanks!

Pleasant Stay”

A bit troublesome to have breakfast at another floor with limited water supplier. Overall experience is good except the cleanliness of the room. Dropped something under the bed and discovered the floor is full of dust. Other than these, the stay is perfect with the location and helpful staffs.

Awesome Location / Good Food / Near to Subway!”

Terrace was clean but don't expect a view. It get rowdy at night because it's right smack in the middle of a business district with plenty of offices. I do not have any regrets booking this hotel as it's located in the heart of a food street.. Subway is close by, it's walking distance to the palace and Namdaemun Market. Taxi drivers are also familiar with the location; most likely due to the fact that it's a popular food street. If you love being near food, transport and attractions, do consider this hotel with good value!

Excellent”

Its located at city hall at exit.7. U have to walk straight and pass by one traffic light. Walk until u see Gongcha Shop. This hotel is not located at main road. It is located behind shop lots whereby alot of restaurants and bar along its side. If u walk straight from its road, u have to cross over main road, that where Namdaemun Market is located. Super near. Even Myeongdong street just nearby. U can just walk leisurely to both places.

The room is clean and comfortable. The size is a little small for couple but it is alright. The staff is very helpful and the simple breakfast provided is a very good start for the day. The location is good where u can access to airport and other place of attractions with walking distance to subway station and bus station. The only problem that the room is not very sound proofing.

Superb location!”

Location is just 5 mins away from the City Hall station exit 6. It is not along the main road which is great as it is quiet in the evening. We stayed in the family suite which has 1 double bed and 2 single beds and we appreciate how our room is a bit far from other rooms as we have loud kids and my 2 year old boy can just go out of the room and go directly to the rooftop (just the same floor with our room) and run freely without disturbing other guests. It is true that they clean the room everyday and change towels and replenish water bottles too! They gave free Korean porridge and free cereals during breakfast. Staff are very polite and helpful in our queries. The grandma who was in the staff room (beside our room) is very smiling and very nice even though she doesn't understand English. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Deluxe Twin Room with Terrace”

It is a very good value for money if you are looking for a cozy place to stay. The room is quite small but manageable. The location of the hotel is very good. It is walking distance to Myeong-dong night market, near City Hall station, a lot of convenience store around the area. They clean the room everyday. I would suggest a bidet in the toilet. As the weather is cold, sometimes the water heater is malfunctioning. Which ended up with an icy cold water. However, the staff will immediately help you if you asked for assistance. Kudos to the staff and hotel. Keep it up!

Hotel is in good location with lots if eateries around. It’s 5-8 mins walk to City Hall Station, it’s also walking distance to many places of interest. Satt was very friendly and helpfully. Check in and check out was fast. The room i had was small, but was clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel”

Staff were accommodating. The room was a bit small but it was comfortable and had basic amenities. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which I liked. They clean the room everyday and provide fresh towels. We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel without an extra fee.

Reasonable value, superb cleanliness, highly recommended.”

Reasonable value for standard single room, everything was clean, breakfast provided, good location near City Hall subway station with short walk, convenient store is also just a stone's throw away. Only downside - intermittent hot water supply and weather was cold.

Simple ”

not very well located, the rooms are very small. a lot of noise at night make sleeping with the protections ears the walls are very thin. room not very clean. on the other hand the reception is really nice hostess are super nice.

Right in the center”

Small hotel but very clean. Only 5 minutes walk to subway station and surrounded by many restaurants. They clean the room every day. A terrace at the rooftop is nice.

Nice Hotel”

The location next to Nammaejip (ขาหมูป้าญาณี) and near the City Hall station (exit 7). Realy worth the price. Good cozy, clean room and friendly staff. Very recommended

Best budget hotel ever”

The staff were courteous and very patient. They were very helpful when being asked for directions to tourist spots that we’d like to visit. Check in and check out was fast. The room i had was small, but was clean and comfortable. The toiletries are complete and the toilet is also clean. Would highly recommend this hotel to other tourists!

Good Stay!”

Hotel was easy to locate and very near City Hall Subway, just across the street, 7eleven is also around the corner as well as Starbucks, it is also near Doksugung Palace (not sure with my spelling), and Aritaum, Olive Young, Innisfree as well is just near. I highly recommend their place. Our room was always fixed everyday, the staffs were very friendly, especially Megumi-chan and Ayaka-chan There was a guy, who is always incharge at night I guess, I didn't see his name tag, when we first arrived, think he was kinda sleepy couldn't blame since we arrived 3AM, he forgot to give us our keycard. I was laughing really. But they are all nice, I have a package delivered in hotel before we arrived and they kept it, gave it to me when I arrived. The sink though was really low I had to bow down, sometimes in the middle of the night I think the water heater does not work, well that's around 2AM. Hahaha! But everything was okay, I only wish there is bidet in the toilet bowl. Huhuhu

We stayed first for one night, too bad we overslept and did not have our breakfast, and we will transfer room the next day, they allowed us to have our baggage's kept by them first and they moved it on our room when we arrived.
