Good value and great location”

Very welcome arrival and was put at rest to find the reception staff could speak some English as my Spanish is poor. The room was big and kept very clean throughout our stay there.The restaurant had a large menu and served till 11pm, if needed, and reasonably priced drinks (when compared to some of the bars outside). There are so many nearby restaurants however we were spoilt for choice and dined out a lot. The only drawback I can think of is that the walls did not keep out the noise from people in other rooms both to the sides and other floors above and below. on most nights we slept after the last person switched off their TV. Luckily this was never very late. We found all the staff very helpful and would certainly go back when we next visit the City.

Sorry to say, but I broke my arm about a week before I was scheduled to go to Mexico City, so naturally I had to cancel...HOWEVER..I found your company excellent and I will certainly be using it in the future once I have recovered from my injury. I am especially impressed with your evaluation form and look forward to filling it out when I again reserve a room through your company and am able to go forward with my travel plans.

The stay was good, but they had no record of my booking through Agoda.com and in fact they said that they did not deal with Agoda!

this hotel is located in near area from metro "juarez"staion,so it is very convenience for sightseeing.hotel staff is very friendly.

Perfect for my purpose....”

Very clean, simple, lots of good hot water, with a restaurant downstairs for a late arrival and an early coffee. The man on reception in the a.m. had a good sense of humour, and they were efficient in getting me a taxi and loading my luggage...what more could I ask?

la verdad decepcionada,desde la noche del domingo que llegue,muy pesimo servicio al cliente por parte de las personas de recpcion no se si ese señor es el dueño o que,pero no tiene modales para la gente.

hotel en general correcto, tanto el tamaño de la habitacion, la cama, el baño y el servicio de internet, en general la relacíon calidad/precio resultó correcta.

この値段のホテルにしては清潔だし、ドライヤーがある等設備は良いと思う。ロケーションもJuarez駅やコンビニから2〜3分でとても便利。 難点は洗面所・バスルームに換気扇がないから窓を開けないといけないところと、蛇口のしまりが悪いところ、それからソープの種類が少なく質も良くないところです。

地下鉄の駅に近くて、便利です。 部屋も広くて、綺麗にしてくれてありがたいです。また、泊まりたいですね。

手頃なホテル”

フアレス駅やアラメダ公園、シウダデラ市場に近くて、立地がよい。ただ、ホテルの部屋の防音がいまひとつで、外の音がよく聞こえてくるのが、残念。でも料金から考えるとそれくらいは仕方がないと思える。スタッフは、こちらが聞いたり、頼んだりしたことには、すぐに対応してくれる。外装や内装は、ネットで見た画像よりきれいだった。今度行く時があったら、また泊まりたいと思う。

元々あまり料金は高くないようですがここを選んで良かったです。周囲は電機や様々な部品の店などが多いため夜は真っ暗ですが、深夜でなければ人も通っているし、夕食を食べて帰る分には問題ありませんでした。 4泊しましたが、ホテルスタッフの対応も良く、部屋もきちんと清掃されていて、水トラブルもなく快適に過ごせました。 交通機関へのアクセスや、食事を取るにも、また繁華街行くにも便利ですので、オススメです。

リーズナブルで清潔なホテル”

手ごろな価格ですが、清潔でよかったです。 ビジネスで訪れる分には問題ないかと思います。 朝食は75ペソで食べられます。 喫煙ルームがないので、路上での喫煙を進められますが、 夜間はメイン出口のカギが閉まっており、 フロントのスタッフに鍵を開けてもらわないといけません。 喫煙する方は面倒かもしれませんね。
