Pros: Customer Service: very helpful staff. Cleanliness: since i’m allergic to dust, this room is reasonably clean. Location: very strategic; located in-front of Centrum; very accessible to food outlets; Facilities; easy to get parking. To improve: provides indoor slipper as the floor really cold.

Great place to stay. Even though its budget hotel but their customer service was really good. Friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cheerful. I really like how the hotel staff greet us without missed when we were at lobby, talk to us and suggest places to go. They have Qiblah direction inside the room. They even WA me to ask permission to enter our room for housekeeping. Highly recommended to stay. Oh, they will ask for RM50 deposit on top of room price but you will get it back during your checkout. Very strategic location. Will stay here again next time

Here i want to submit my review abt this hotel..i stay for only 1 Night..its easy to find the location..its strategic, got nearby shop, petrol pump, atms, and restaurants.. i do have pleasant staying here..so comfortable..nice receptionist, so friendly..nice set up at room, so cute..i do like it much..the toiletrities you should brings ur own, but i do want to comment just about their water..slow,hope the hotel take some troubleshoot..overall staying here was so fun..loves the all decorations..

Best stay in Brinchang”
The place quite lovely, full with decorations on ground floor. The staff quite friendly and very nice! The room I choose quite large for 4 people. No aircond and fan but quite cold since its in Brinchang. But, I think it's better if they put a fan in every room just in case some guests need it. The bathroom quite small. The hotel near to shopping mall (Billion) and other shops and quite easy to get parking. Overall, Im happy to stay there!

Very friendly staff. The hotel just outside the billion shopping centre/centrum mall. New mall area in CH. Just 2 mins walk to reach there. So many nearby eateries. Great location. Baskin robbins, family mart, Mr Aisu, big red farm, steamboat and grill and etc. The room was cozy but i have a problem with heater. Already turn on the heater but no hot water coming. Ended up we are freezing cold. But thats okay. Just one night stay only. Thank you!

Best budget hotel”
Room - very clean, got water heater and kiblat direction for muslim to pray. The bedroom size is quite small but it's okay with the price offered and since it is a budget hotel I am very satisfied. Services - the receptionist very friendly and she suggested few places to visit. Location - strategic location and can just walk to supermarket, restaurant (many steamboat restaurant), 7e, family mart and more.
