Our stay in Hotel Florence was above expectation! The location is great and easy to find, just a few minutes away from the station and a Daiso store, but sadly no convenience stores nearby, that we know of. It's a good place to set up base if you want to explore Hakone and beyond. The room itself is beautiful and spacious, it was always a delight waking up in it , you almost never want to leave. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and will definitely recommend. Thank you for having us!

Location is far from main train line, lucky we found out before we departure to Tokyo. We sent email to Hotel for help , hotel staff are friendly and helpful to answer all our questions. Room size is much bigger than Tokyo 's hotel.

Good for couples with self driving”
Few km from Odawara station but if self driving is ok. No heating seat for wc which is freezing during winter and futon on floor get wet underneath due to no gaps at wood floor. Better for other season beside winter.

We arrived after sunset, there was a light on top of the lock box for visibility to enter the box combo. All the amenities were there. A staff member came by to explain the operations of the facilities. Highly recommend.

This place was mis leading as it said hotel Odawara but infact is location was in a very small town ”
We was welcomed with a hello message that was very nice but everything went down hill from there on. We was traveling all day in the heat and this place is no better it was so hot they should have at least turn the air conditioning on. After setting in we was hungry so went out to find something to eat and found there is nothing around not even Lawsons. We eventually found a 100 yens shop and have to eat instant noodles for the night. Also the appartment is not very clean especially the ceiling fan.

The apartment is very nice, half western style and half Japanese style, we slept in futons made by ourselves, they are ok just a bit thin but it was ok, the only thing it was hard to find the place fortunately we met a lady who knew about the place and she took us there, arrived there we didn’t have any idea how to get the keys, we asked a lady that was close the place and she called someone who explained her how to get the key, a part of this the apartment is very clean, comfortable, and quite big.

宿泊するのに必要なものはほぼ揃っていて、快適に宿泊出来ました。場所も分かりやすく静かな場所で、お部屋も可愛く装飾されていて、子供達も喜んでいました。 また、近くに行く際は利用したいです。

幫忙入住的小姐真的很熱心，但是入住真的有點失望，好像完全沒有整理，幾乎所有東西上面都有灰塵（連杯子、碗盤...）感覺很久沒人入住？浴室地板積水整個水下不去好像是阻塞

Amazing Stay”
It is really interesting, innovative and practical. Check-in and check-out is self service with no staff. You receive key number in advance in the Mailbox. And then you open the key box with the key number and get the real key to enter the room. It is a quite appartment in a place like a village. I would say it is really a rare experience. The appartment is big actually, you can cook. You make the tatami matting by self. And in general, i think it is great stay!
