Use Bus from Taichung Main station cozt total 160 one way for 2 adult and 2 kids. Bus stop at Caotun. walk about 1 min arrive hotel. Lobby provide unlimited tea, coffee , Hot chocolate for in house guest start around 3pm . Breakfast have many choices. Room is clean and comfortable with 2 big bed. Toilet 100 points. Best Toilet seats like japan. Provide facial wash and lotion even shower creme and shampoo have for men and.woman. surrounding by shops and food stall.

Better than expected”
Somehow got the impression that this hotel would be abit old when I booked. Was pleasantly surprised it was still quite well maintained. 5 min ride to Caotun Night market and quite a number of shops surrounding hotel . Nice bakery in hotel lobby . Sufficient variety during breakfast. Staff were all very efficient and polite. Great for a stopover stay to other cities in Taiwan

the room is big and bed is soft enough for us to take a good rest. but the rule of hotel is not very clear, coz in Agoda website, the check-out time is 11am, but the card of room read 12noon....which made me not know what course to take.... besides, the gym located in remote place; the facilities and environment are not very compared with this hotel...

Room is a bit dirty”
The room was of a decent size. The carpet seems like it is very dirty and hasn't been cleaned in a long time. There wasn't much around the hotel (probably because nantou is a boring place for tourists). Hotel staff are quite friendly but I saw this older lady staff reprimanding the younger lady staff at the reception area, which I thought was not professional of them. Breakfast was a few Chinese dishes (seems to be quite common in Taiwan, they like to have congee, some stir fry meat and vegetable for breakfast), which is not to my liking. Overall, this hotel is ok for a short stay. Stayed here for a night.

The location is convenient, about 7 minutes walk from bus stop. If you take bus from Taichung, stop at First Bank and walk to the hotel. There are buses from and to Taichung train station or high speed rail station. Also buses to Sun Moon Lake. There are also shops and foods stall around the hotel. Advisable to go to Chao Xue Dun night market which opens on Friday to Sunday, suitable for old and young kids as there are lots of things to play beside foods. Ask Hotel to book a taxi. It is not far.

Hotel was good & thoughtful. It has even facial cleanser! Room is spacious as we book the big room. Although breakfast is not to our liking however it was plentiful to eat.

Quiet and relaxing stay”
It is located in a village, so do not expect a lot to do in the area. Quite far from the main city and the airport. Hotel does not provide any shuttle service at all, so the Agoda option for choosing hotel shuttle bus service does not work. We had to get a cab from the airport to the hotel. And the taxi driver does not even know where the hotel is. So we had to use taxi a lot to get around. And you have to bargain with every taxi driver. The ride to and from airport/hotel can have a fare difference of 500 Taiwan dollars, so make sure you bargain. The hotel staff are very friendly and they always do their best. Rooms are large and comfortable, enough chair for people staying in a room, so no one needs to sit on the bed. We will stay there again if we travel there again.

The breakfast was good!”
When we checked in, the female staff was not polite and had a cold face. But the next morning, when we had breakfast, the staff there were very polite and friendly! The room was clean.
