When we say we'll book again we did! Not with the massage chair since it is not available but in much spacious room and larger bathroom and we are glad that it comes with mini leg massage. They also have mini fridge, hair dryer, mineral water and tea make sure to open the cabinet to find it. Still their unlimited hot coffee and chocolate on the lobby for 24hrs is double plus ✔️. They also have hot water dispenser and microwave in the lobby free of charge in case you need. Cheap price, Luxurious Stay. We will definitely stay at any Hotel Forza. Thank you and Have a nice day!

Near to hakata station”
this place is really near to hakata station. but have to walk 10~15min for kanal city. their service was the great and room was clean. room cleaning service also good (I was booking 2 days). desk person's english was good also.

Good location”
The hotel was just a short walk from the Hakata train station, which was very useful for us - Hakata station was our base for exploring the rest of Northern Kyushu on JR pass. The room was big for Japan standards and clean. There was complimentary hot coffee/cocoa at the lobby, which we appreciated. The staff spoke English and was also very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great small hotel in a very close location to Hakata station. 7-Eleven right around the corner for drinks and snacks. The staffs are very nice and friendly, and the room and facilities are well maintained. Even have coin laundry, old style washer/dryer stacks, works well and convenience, but you will need to save up 100yen coins and there is no code lock for the washer/dryer.

Good location with fairly large rooms for japan standards. Front desk speaks some English, they were friendly. Amenities provided were good. U can reach the hotel by exiting sunshine plaza exit 12 west from the subway, it is connected by underground. They also provide many gadgets, like iPad, feet and back massage machines and face steamer. Very good value indeed!

Short walk from Hakata station, super convenient for shopping and all the transportation. Comfortable bed, nice and quiet for sleeping since the building is off the Main Street. Great breakfast is a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient. Value for money ”
Stayed 7 nights. Hotel is located near Hakata station and within walking distance from Canal City, Tochoji Temple and Kushisa shrine for those who don’t mind walking. Else bus stop is just a few min walk. Good size room and free flow of coffee at the lobby. Very pleasant stay. Area for improvement - wifi is weak at times.

Great location, big room, clean”
They have two hotels near Hakata station, I went to the one just next to the Hakata station which was the wrong one, the staff there was friendly and helpful, and showed me the way to the correct one. Quite near the station, cross the road and turn left in the first corridor, within 5 mins walk. The room and washroom are very big! Only thing I felt upset was the price down after I booked the hotel...

The location is good. Hakata station is in walking distance. In the event of rain/snow, you can use the underground passage via the building beside. There is a 7-11 nearby for some immediate needs. Being near a bus terminal also gives access to many area beyond .
