Nice hotel. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great hotel for the price. If you stay there and want coffee in the morning you have to get it at the front desk because they only keep green tea in the room. Only small bad point was I think there was a family with kids in the room above me that were rather loud but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Accessible to Bayarea spots”
It was a good experience in CH&C considering their location to bay area which is very accessible to children's spots like Universal Studios or Kaiyukan area. Food was great and have a hospitable personnel to assist foreigner tourists.

Near to zepp osaka but it's dark at night!”
Well, I was there for a concert so this hotel is pretty near the venue, just 5 mins walk to the venue. However this hotel is oretty far away from the nearest train station but it's still walkable distance, probably around 15 to 20mins of walk, you can hitch a cab if you want because it's gonna be cheap. Anyway, this hotel is nice by itself, the surroundings outside hotel gets abit dark in the night due to lack of lamp posts around so i wouldn't suggest a single lady to stay here. Oh one last thing, the staffs don't really speak other languages except Japanese.

pleasant, fast service, english-speaking staff”
Cosmosquare Hotel and Congress offers standard Japanese room accommodation, clean and pleasant. Room rate is reasonable with excellent breakfast buffet service. Front-desk staff has good command of English which facilitate faster service and tour guiding. It is near Cosmosquare Station and thereby guests can travel with ease thru connecting railways. Taxi transport are available as well. Nearest park is the Osaka Kaiyukan Aquarium.

my stay at cosmo square hotel”
the reception staff were great english was a weakness but the receptionist had a translation system and wasn't offended when i pointed out two errors in pronunciation free e-mail and only 100 yen by bus from station. as soon as room door opened the passage light went on,the foyer as good as you will get in any australian hotel.

Very quiet, nice and clean. Kind staffs. Scenery is good in high-level room. Excellent quality for this price. Just one minor demerit is a little low accessiblity. 20 minutes on foot from subway station.

Usually when I book hotels in Japan, the room is usually small, around 12sqm or so, but this one is actually big and has some elegant design for it. Worth for its money, the only down side is that it's a bit of a walk to the train station

Osaka overnight”
We enjoyed our stay however the location was quite far from the main city area and not easily accessible by subway. Also we requested a nonsmoking room but were given a smoking room. Overall the staff was helpful and courteous.

Great hotel but a little too far the city”
i knew going into it that the hotel wasn't close to the city but when i got there it was 40 minutes by subway then i had to walk 15 minutes because there were no taxi cabs around.

Simple amenities but sufficient, majority of hotel staff do no speak english. Laundry has to be taken to front desk for processing. No collection from rooms.
