Tokyo's first-class hotel! Top-notch service! Top-notch environment! Top-notch facilities!”

On the first stay, as soon as you entered the hotel, a staff member asked for your name and immediately helped you with your luggage. The hotel was very luxurious and impressive. The staff took us to the 8th floor for check-in, which went very smoothly. The room was very spacious, with three of us girls staying there. We added an extra bed in the living room. There were two toilets, but one was very small, while the other main toilet was very large and clean, with a massage bathtub, steam room, and a large shower. The bathroom even provided face masks! The hotel had a shuttle bus to Meguro Station, with a bus every 20 minutes. There were also three buses at noon to Shinagawa Station, which was convenient for friends taking the NEX to Narita Airport from Shinagawa Station. The only downside was that the road from Meguro Station to the hotel was very steep, making it difficult to carry luggage. There was also a small incident where we stayed for two days, and on the second day, we returned to the hotel after shopping to find that the room had not been cleaned. It turned out that we accidentally pressed the "Do Not Disturb" button, so the room was not cleaned. Later, we found that the "Do Not Disturb" button was near the bedside lamp, and one of us accidentally pressed it while going to the toilet at night. However, the hotel was very good and willing to help us change rooms. In the end, we did not change rooms because we were leaving early the next morning. Someone immediately came to change the towels and take out the trash, and the service was very fast and good. We were very satisfied!

A delightful blend of history and modernity!”

Our recent four-night stay at Hotel Gajeon in Tokyo was an unforgettable experience that perfectly balanced the charm of history with the convenience of modern amenities. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the hotel’s unique ambiance and exceptional service. Nestled along the picturesque Meguro River, Hotel Gajeon offered us a tranquil retreat amidst the bustling city of Tokyo. The location was ideal for witnessing the beauty of cherry blossoms in full bloom, as we were treated to stunning views right from our room. The historical feel of the hotel added a special touch to our stay, with its traditional Japanese architecture and decor complemented by thoughtful modern touches. Our room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly set Hotel Gajeon apart was the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the friendly welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations for local dining and attractions, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable stay. Despite its central location, the hotel felt like a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. We appreciated the tranquility of the surroundings, especially during the cherry blossom season, when other areas of the city were bustling with tourists. In addition to its prime location and charming atmosphere, Hotel Gajeon also offered convenient access to public transportation, making it easy for us to explore other parts of Tokyo during our stay. Overall, our experience at Hotel Gajeon exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of historical charm, modern amenities, and exceptional service made it a standout choice for our visit to Tokyo!

Stunning hotel, exceptional service”

Absolutely stunning and unique hotel in a great neighbourhood. Spacious, elegant rooms and exceptional staff service. I was very much looking forward to my stay at the GAJOEN having read so much about its unique art collection, historic architecture and water gardens and it exceeded all my expectations. I experienced the excellent staff service even before I checked in, and thanks again to Fuka Muramatsu in the concierge team who helped me plan my itinerary and visits to all the main attractions as well as for the great restaurant and eating out recommendations. The facilities including wonderful restaurants, and activities such as the art tour and yoga classes were all excellent. Thanks to all the Gajoen team for a truly wonderful experience.

Beautiful small hotel”

Each room has its own steam room. What a great luxury to have. Beautiful ly appointed, large rooms and hotel. Good restaurants, typically flawless Japanese service and cleanliness. Close to Meguro station.
