the hotel location is good close to airport, bus stand and railway station since i went alone only for 2 days it was ok. its situated in residence cum commercial area .there is no proper place to dine close to the hotel and there restaurant price is too expencive dont try there fish curry its shit . staff are ok room service is poor. there is issue in hot water and i got a minor current shock in the shower soap tray room no 102 .i reported it later there check out time is flexible depends on the condition i got it for 119 usd for 2 night including break fast i think its ok . break fast is average c.jayakumar sri lanka

One of the worst hotel I've ever stayed in India”
Food and location is good
Like I said in the title, this is one of the worst hotel I've ever stayed in India. The first day, I have just gone through 6 hours' flight, and reached India around 11 pm, when I reached the hotel, I was told that my room was not ready because the previous customer just extended to the middle night as his flight was delayed, and there were no other rooms at all. So I was told that I have to wait for 2 hours at least. Then I discussed with the reception, just moved the previous customer to some rooms in other buildings, I have to go to my own room right now. At last, after waiting for one hour, that room was ready. When I was ready for shower, I found the hot water was not hot at all (12 pm), so I asked the waiter, and waitier just tried and told, the water was hot already, I tired agian, and found the hot water just as hot as I tried before, then the waiter told they were using the solar power for hot water, so at this time, there should be no hot water. Then why the waiter just told me when I first asked him? And for the room of my colleague, it was very dirty,and small. And price was very costly. WILL NEVER CHOOSE THIS HOTEL AGIAN. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I HAVE MET.

Convenient but overpriced”
Nothing.
This hotel is near the airport but not as near as would have you believe. It's in a pot location to do anything else in Mumbai which if you're passing though and just need a bed for the night it's okay but over priced.
