Staff were very helpful and accommodating giving my wife and myself a very good and comfortable room for our honeymoon. The facilities are amazing, great roof terrace, lounge, pool/spa. We used and loved them all even though we had only a short stay. Our room was large, quiet and comfortable. Hotel is centrally located, 10 min walk from train station. Food and places to shop and explore are close by.

Strategic location and very clean”
I've just checked out this morning, it was very fast and easy. The reception officer was very helpful and offered to order taxi to train Station. The room were cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff changed the towels without us asking. The location right in front the Lima metro station, it's easy to get around Milan from Hotel Galles.

111 is a nice room.the balcony is off the bathroom which is a little weird, but the other window is off the main room. The ambulances go by sporadically and they are loud, so if your a light sleeper bring ear plugs. The pool is a quest to find. The breakfast is good value. Bed was comfy.the rooftop is nice for tanning and you can see the Swiss alps. Subway is at the foot of the hotel and easy to navigate

Everything is perfect from location to room size, cleanliness and complete amenities. Breakfast is superb ! And not forgetting the spa and pool! Truly at memorable stay !

The hotel location is convenient to railway stations or attractions, Metro just outside so good. Room spacious and clean, changed the towels without us asking. Breakfast has a variety of choices and very delicious. Friendly staffs was very helpful, since it was too early for us to leave for the airport and the breakfast time had not yet started, the staffs helped us pack breakfast. Thank you all for such a joyful experience. If we come back to Milan next time, we will still choose Galles and recommend to my friends. A little suggestion, it would be better if the swim pool was bigger.

Excellent hotel. Was upgraded to suite on arrival. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel room was huge and immaculate. Fabulous air conditioning. Breakfast high up in the terrace restaurant was lovely with huge choice. Right next to metro stop. 30 mins walk straight into centre of duomo area. Completely recommend

We were upgraded and gifted with a bottle of wine for our wedding anniversary! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Located near train station and several shops. Free fruits at reception. Free ice downstairs and you can use microwave near the ice maker.

Everything was perfect. The only issue was with my room which is too noise. It was in the first floor and it wasn't quit. I expect that rooms on the upper floors would be fine.

The hotel is just a few steps from the M1 metro line . The hotel is a great choice when you travel with a kid , it has a pool open until 22:00 .

Great base for exploring ”
The hotel was lovely and clean. The room and bathroom were well equipped clean and comfortable. The room was very hot so slept with doors open. The spa area was nice and relaxing after a day of sight seeing. Although I didn’t use the pool as it was freezing but my youngest enjoyed it. Bar not always staffed but phones in the area to call them and they didnt arrive! Also recommend eating out although the food was ok going on New Year’s Eve it was very rushed and no personal customer service which i think just about sums up any restaurant in Milan from my experience. Some reception staff were very friendly and helpful just a shame I never got any names.

The staff are extremely friendly, approachable and really nice and accommodating. They accommodated all our requests prior to arrival so the check in was easy breezy. They even gave us extra 1 hour for the late check out at no charge which was really nice and sweet as we were drunk the night before. The location is perfect as it is just like 5-10 steps away from LIMA Metro Station and very near to the shopping area and bars and restaurants. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel. Excellent experience overall 🥂♥️👏🏽

The staff was so friendly that he led us to the car park and spoke Italian (about which I could say ciao only) to sort out the parking for us. It is convenient to use the subway to travel around Milan.
