The staff are polite & friendly, location is great..just walking distance to the attraction area (Todak waterfront, Jesselton Point, Signal Hill, Suria mall). easy to find food also. However, if they provided toiletries, it would be perfect with the price and also no water heater in the bathroom.

Good for a night of stay”
We stayed in a Family Room for a night or maybe barely 4 hours. We just needed a place to stay before we take a ferry bound to Brunei. It is a good location if your target is Jessleton point because its a 3-5 min drive away from the hotel. They are very flexible with check in and check out time. Room is clean, good enough for a one night stay. The man in the reception in the morning was really kind and helpful with questions.

Excellent location in the CBD of Kota Kinabalu. Close to major facilities, shopping, banks and Jesselton Pier. Walking distance to night market and the daily fresh sea food market by the sea. Great place to stay, for the price.

Old Hotel in a Great Location”
The hotel is in a great quaint location with many cafes around, walking distance to Gaya street and the noise. It is an old building and the rooms could use a bit more upkeep and maintenance. (There was weird veiny looking mould coming through the walls from the shower head!) Otherwise, the single room was decent for a few quiet nights after beach and dive trips.

The rooms are ok. Worth your money. Excellent location. The only problem is with the toilet. Broken toilet door knob left with a hole there. Broken water bidet holder. Please fix it for next customer convenience. And I'm surprised to find out there is no aircond remote provided. Last but not least, I'm kinda disappointed with your front desk staff. Telling the girl we are going to check out. She just show 'i don't care face' to us. After check out, she is not even bother to say THANK YOU. Maybe customer service is not part of your business.

We were just finding a place to crash for one night. The facilities and cleanliness were disappointing. For the amount of money we paid for a queen bed room, we got a twin bed room instead. We didn't mind because they wouldn't change us to what we paid. Could find a better hotel than this one but oh well.

Quite disappointed as i get a room full with cigarette smokes odour. Even though i asked for non-smoking room before booking. And was asked for another room, unfortunately there was no available rooms at that time. IDK. Very poor wi-fi coverage. Since the room is at second floor. Overall, the staffs are friendly and willing to help if anything. Plus the location is good. Walking distance to nearby attractions.

1. It's unclean. I got smelly blanket, The bed sheet seems old and doesn't smell clean linen. the towel is not soft and looks like floor mat. my air conditioner makes noise all night long. 2. the room is very small. I'm travelling with my parent and they gave me high level room. I did request the lower ground but well i know know what happen next. 3. I rent a car and i need to pay for the parking as like hourly. Please reserve parking for your guest. Plus that place is very crowded and it's hard for you to find empty space. 4. Looking for non halal food? Thats the place to stay. The streest is full with food. I love my walk there. Just a walking distance and you can find stores nearby. That the only thing i like here. Others? No. Thumbs down
