Location is a bit far from train station or bus stop. Need about 10-15mins walk. The room is clean, poor sound ventilation, staff not very informative. When ask how to getting around, the answer is they don't know, you can Google. When going back late, it is quite a quiet town. If you don't mind the above , it will be a ok stay.

The morning receptionist ”
The receptionist in the late afternoon when we ask for our booking is non negotiable, she don't speak with a good manners and she let us wait in the ground floor when the weather is cold because she doesn't want us to sit on their sofa. 3:00pm our check in time but she accomodate us on 4:00pm and when we ask her she's angry. There are other customers that experience this when we were there. she's not good for the business. On the other hand the lady receptionist on the night was very accommodating she speaks well and greet us with a smiling face.

Disappointing experience ”
The room is tiny and not clean. We saw hairs on the bed and one of the slippers were used :/ so we asked to change the room. The new room isn’t much better… the toilet was so dirty!! Never seen this in my life! Will never go back!

Great hotel in Taoyuan! ”
We only spent one night as we were on our way from southern Taiwan to the Taoyuan airport. (It was a 40min drive to the airport on a weekday via taxi.) We would have happily spent more time at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, there was a language barrier but they were well prepared for us and had our keys ready when we walked in. The room seemed very new and was very clean, the bathroom was large and well equipped. We didn't use the TV, but the beds were comfy and clean and we enjoyed having the small balcony to store our shoes and stroller. The included breakfast was a bonus! It was about a 10minute walk (with kids) from the train station. There wasn't a lot of food options late at night but there's a 7-11 close by as well as 2-3 cafes that we didnt try. Would highly recommend and would stay again! So glad we stayed here!

3泊しましたが、とても心地よく過ごせました。 駅からも近く、お部屋も清潔でした。 英語対応とのことでしたが、通じない従業員もいました。でも、どの従業員も親切でした。

離楊梅車站非常的近 走路即可到 店員也十分親切的服務 24小時無時無刻都會在櫃台 隔音也還不錯 只是走廊如果有人大聲說話會聽得到 但大致上還ＯＫ 最晚中午12:00才check out也很人性

看到大家評價普普 我是覺得比想像中的好 服務人員都會跟旅客達招呼 房間小而溫馨 重新裝潢也是看起來整潔清爽 房間味道看個人而異 久了就習慣了 浴室有小蟲蟲 建議可以買個密度高的網子蓋在排水孔上

樓下就是全聯和85°C，購物超方便。 停車場有點遠，如果停收費停車格，旅館會吸收停車費$100，這一點很貼心。

一進房間都是煙味。 房間手機無訊號，wifi連上也都跑不動，想要使用網路還得到樓下去。 電視畫質很差，中間一條一條的根本壞掉了。 但整潔度不錯，交通也方便，附近很多好吃的，如果網路改善會考慮再住。
