A great hotel for travelers, this modern hotel enjoys a convenient location amongst shops, bars, restaurants, and nightlife. With a concept that centers on compact elegance, the guestrooms are stylishly decorated with chic timber floors and neutral fabrics, conveying a sense of space. The hotel is situated one block away from Chuo Street, the main shopping street in Ginza, and is in close proximity to fine dining restaurants and the Kabuki Theater. The French and Italian in-house restaurant serves a range of dishes until midnight, and then it is time to go and hit the town. All things considered, Hotel Gracery Ginza is excellently located, well appointed, and reasonably priced.

Favorite in Tokyo”
This is the second time I’ve been to Tokyo within a year and I have stayed at 4 hotels. Between the location and price, the value can’t be beat and I liked it better than others I’ve stayed in despite the rooms being bigger and/or just as well-located. A lot of it is because I realize now that I prefer Ginza over Asakusa and Shinjuku; Asakusa is too quiet and far from everything for me (despite cheaper room of same size) and Shinjuku too busy for me (bigger room but more expensive). Hotel Gracery was just right. I’ll be making it my go-to whenever I’m in Tokyo, which will be again before the 2020 Olympics!
Thank you very much for choosing to stay at Hotel Gracery Ginza. We are very happy to know that you had a good experience at our hotel. We continually strive to improve our quality of service We hope to see you again in the very near future. Best Regards Hotel Manager
Excellent value for money”
The best things of Hotel Gracery Ginza were the location (a few meters from the beautiful Chuo Dori street) and the amazing view from the window. I did not mind that the room was small (when i booked the room i knew what i could expect). There were some interesting extras: phone charger and a massage pillow. I did not mind that there was no closet for clothes. Also we enjoyed watching CNN (an English speaking channel) on TV. I definitely recommend this hotel!
Thank you very much for stay with us at Hotel Gracery Ginza. It is a great pleasure knowing you had enjoyed our service. Hope you can visit and stay with us next time. Best regards, Hotel Manager
Great and awesome”
This is not my 1st stay at Gracery Ginza but I kept come back everytime I visit Tokyo because the location is straregic, room is not so big but comfortable and very clean (no need to question that its Japan). Oveeall its great and awesome hotel
Hotel Gracery Ginza”
This hotel is really value for money. It is situated in the middle of Ginza prime area. Ginza street name runs in order so it is very easy to locate. The rooms are new and clean. Haven't got time to venture within the hotel though. Room though is not so big but is cosy enough for couple. There is no wardrobe. Just one approx. 30cm pole extended for you to hang clothing. You can take JR train and alight at Shimbashi station. Just ask your way to Ginza street 6 -- about 15 mins walk with luggage. The people are very friendly. Or you can take their Metro Line Train (Just like Singapore MRT) and alight at Ginza Station (Orange Symbol)(they have red, purple, green, grey, maroon colour) exit 3. From there is only about 6mins walk. Reception is at level 3. The lift to all guess rooms requires door access cards to reach to your level. It is expensive to meal within Ginza. Alternatively, the Metro Line is very convenient and fast. Area around Ueno Station has more shopping and cheaper meal (near Ueno Park)-- about 15mins train.
Hotel is situated in a good location just across Ginza Six and near Ginza's main shopping district where you can find all the high-end designer brands and Uniqlo's flagship store. There are also plenty of restaurants around that are open till 10:00 p.m. Metro station is about a 300-meter walk. The room is not big but large enough to accommodate 2 adults with 2 medium-sized luggages. Rooms are cleaned and bath supplies refilled everyday. I must say their bath supplies are beyond expectations - liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, facial soap, powder, body scrub, razor and more. A smartphone is also supplied in the room which you can use while in Tokyo. This came in handy when we had to re-book a cancelled flight. Facilities include an ice dispenser in each floor and freshly brewed coffee at the guest lounge. Staff is courteous and accommodating. Overall experience staying in this hotel is great. Will probably be staying here again on our next visit to Tokyo.

A cracking hotel for the price in the middle of GINZA. A nice clean hotel with free internet and coffee in the lounge area. Really nice staff that couldnt do enough for me. I have stayed in 5 hotels in Tokyo now and we will be reutning to the Gracery every time now.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Gracery Ginza. It boosts an excellent location. Service was wonderful and rooms were smallish but comfortable. I would stay here again should I visit Tokyo.
Compact, modern, quiet rooms in an ideal location ”
Spotlessly clean and very comfortable yet compact room. Great location in the heart of Ginza not far from Tokyo, Ginza and Shimbashi Stations. Restaurants and bars all close by. Ideal spot. Hotel provides provides free in-room WiFi, fridge, multiple device charging facility, toiletry amenities, most things you require and nice comfy bed. English spoken. Affordable price for Tokyo. Late check-in available. I arrived at 1am. Check out is 11am. Breakfast at 1,543 Yen was worthwhile and a combination of Japanese and Western food. Friendly, responsive staff. Overall, regardless of the small room (common in Japan) a very good 4 star hotel in perfectly ct location in Tokyo. Recommended.
Hotel Gracery Ginza - A Pleassant Hotel”
I have been staying in Ginza for many years now whenever i visit Tokyo. This is the first time staying at this hotel. I must say that i would return to this hotel again. The staffs are friendly, rooms are clean and decent. Location is convenient. It is close to Ginza station and for those who enjoy walking, you could even walk to Tokyo station. Food wise, there are lots of eateries a stone's throw away.
I chose this hotel due to it's location with Tsukiji Fish Market, but it's a great location overall. Close to Tokyo station and right across the street to Ginza Six. I was there with my son on our first visit to Tokyo and the staff was great and courteous. Highly recommend this place. I had a twin room on the high floor. Decent size compared to the average room size in Tokyo. Only complaint is that their laundry service would not take underwear. Strange limitation, but not something that would prevent me from recommending this place.
Thank you very much for staying with us at Hotel Gracery Ginza. Thank you for your compliment. The word from the customer is the energy that make all the staff encouraged to make an effort in the future. All the staff are looking forward to serve you best hospitality again. Best regards, Hotel Manager
We love this hotel due to its location in Ginza. This is our second stay here and would do so again should we come back to tokyo soon. Rooms are typical of most tokyo hotels... "cramped" but much better than APA hotels for sure. Last new year we stayed for 11 days so breakfast is ok but they dont change. Expect to have the same exact offering everyday. If you are particular about variety in breakfast then you may consider going outside for quick meals... 7-11 or our convenience stores are just around the corner. There is also a limousine bus drop off 3 minutes away.
Thank you for your loyalty. We are grateful to welcome you back and hear that you have enjoyed staying here again. Thank you for your valuable opinion about breakfast. We will take your opinion as a topic for discussion and improvement, and strive to provide you with more pleasant and comfortable experience here. We look forward to seeing you soon. Best regards, Hotel Manager
Memorable Time At Tokyo Hotel Gracery Ginza”
Hotel is extremely well located in the heart of Ginza, thus enabling convenient walking access to Ginza, Shimbashi, Shiodome, Tokyo Bay, Imperial Garden, Tokyo Tower, Tsukiji Fish Market, etc. Hotel's staff were relatively friendly & polite. We love the room's well-layout design as it is considerably spacious. Great value for money!
THE FRONT STAFF IS EXCELLENT! WE STAYED 4 NIGHTS ,SINCE WE BOOKED OUR ROOMS CLOSE TO OUR ARRIVAL DATE WE PAID A LITTLE HIGHER THAN THE AVERAGE QUOTED PRICE. LOCATION IS GREAT,CLOSE TO BOTH SEVEN ELEVEN & LAWSON OPEN 24 HOURS. CLOSE TO THE TRAIN STATIONS. WILL STAY @ GRACERY AGAIN WHEN WE VISIT TOKYO!
Thank you for your recent stay with us at Hotel Gracery Ginza. We appreciate your compliments on our staff and location. This praise makes us even more enthusiastic to continue to improve our quality of service. We look forward to welcoming you back here very soon. Best Regards Hotel Manager
Worth it stay”
I was actually dreading going to this hotel because the price was so reasonable for its location, but it turned out to be very good. staff was courteous, location is excellent-- next to Ginza Six shopping complex and hundred other stores, restaurants are plentiful. of course, 7 eleven, Lawson's and Family Mart are close by, so you can snacks, cheap eats, drinks and sundries anytime of the day or night. The room size is good for solo travelers like me. (i had a double bed room). May be too crowded for two people. Also, there really isn't a great view....just top of buildings....but it's okay.....I didnt come here for the view....more for the convenience. it's also a safe hotel.....the elevator will go directly to the floor that is assigned to the key card. Reassuring for a solo female traveler. it was a totally worth it stay. will definitely be back.
Dear guest, thank you for choosing Hotel Gracery Ginza for your recent visit. We are very happy to know that you had a good experience at our hotel. Thank you for your compliment about our staff etc.We will continue to make efforts to make a better hotel. We truly look forward to your next visit! Best regards, Hotel Manager
Great location, lovely hotel”
We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip. The location is great. Close to restaurants, shopping, train stations, and attractions like the imperial palace and the fish market. The main Tokyo station is about a 20min walk or 1 subway station away. The taxi ride from Haneda airport was about 15-20 minutes and $50-60 USD. On our way home we took public transit to the airport which was only about $12 for two people and takes about 30 minutes to the Higashi-Ginza train station. About a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We would stay here again!
The Best Location Ever!”
The best location, turn left you can found ZARA, Uniqlo, H&M & many more. turn straight you can see Starbucks, Family Mart & Sunkus (Mini Market in Tokyo). near Ginza Station & Higashi-Ginza Station. very best location. the Hotel so far nice & clean. The staff very friendly. but Small room it just 15sq.m but everyting details. i will come back again next time.
This was definitely value for the money in Tokyo. The room was clean and comfortable. Toiletries, pajamas, bottled water, and a leg/foot massage machine were provided in the room. The staff were also very helpful and nice, they provided us directions and held our bags when we arrived before check-in and after check-out since our flight was later in the day. We didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on the food. Location is excellent as the Ginza subway is only a few minutes away which makes getting to other areas easy.
Great businessman s hotel”
The Gracery is a good example of Ginza hotels. The location is in the heart of the ritzy retail district and well serviced by trendy coffee shops. The rooms for the single traveller are small, however they have everything you need: WIFI, comfortable bed, phone charging station, desk, refrigerator and trouser press. The bathrooms feature a sensational bide.
Tiny space with a large comfy bed”
the hotel will deliver all the things that most travelers will ever need while the only drawback was the aircon that u cant really control it unless stay with the preset automatic mode. i've tried to make it a little more cold but it end up with northpole temp. if u wanna take a bus to the airport either narita or haneda u can walk for 2 mins to buy ticket and take the bus at marriot courtyard hotel. anyway two thumbs up for the gracery hotel.
Weekend in Tokyo”
Decided to visit Tokyo for the long weekend and selected Ginza as location per recommendations of acquaintance. Hotel was nice good curbside appeal and close to Ginza subway station. Expensive shopping nearby similar to Chicago, 5th Ave NY, Boston Newberry St comparable. Clean safe and friendly. Most importantly great coffee shops and eateries abound. I ate continuously a varied selection. Oslo coffe shop my favorite with great healthy simple lunch. Central location allows quick access via Metro to Roppinggi, Asakusa, akihabra, etc readily within few minutes. Coffe available in hotel lounge was fresh and tasty. Wifi was adequate and free. TV options were limited. Room bathrooms were a bit on humid side and smelly...unsure why. I stayed in traditional Japanese room with elevated floor and mattress on floor, small but adequate for my needs. A stretch to fit more than two but quite cozy:)
