I strongly recommend the hotel Gracery Osaka namba. I lost my sister at subway. I asked the hotel for help. If you call the police, please call me right away. The hotelier Mr. 吳(I'm sorry forgot his name) He is a lifesaver. I'm really appreciated. Thank you so much. The location is really good. Near nankai namba station. 호텔리어분 진짜 친절하세요. 언니 잃어버렸는데 자기일처럼 도와주시고 성함이 오? 이셨던 것 같은데 기억이안나요ㅠ 난카이난바역에서 5분도 안걸리세요. 방음도 잘되고 수압도 좋았습니다. 조식도 괜찮았어요. 건너편에 패밀리마트도 있었습니다. 호텔 뒤쪽으로 큰 마트도 지하에 있어요.

Strategic location and value for money”
It just exit 32 from Namba station with walking steps distance. There’s car rental shop downstair hence for those who want to rent car for self drive in Osaka, this is much much more convenient. The hotel provide free luggage storage service, after check out or before check in we can store the luggage inside the store. Overall hotel is clean and nice

Room is small but clean. Very good location at near Namba and Dotonbori. Walking above ground is much more convenient than walking through the metro station BTW. Only issue faced was that there were only 2 lifts and they're very often full.

Worth the stay!”
The hotel is clean and the room is very nice. There is a separate toilet and a very spacious bathtub. The room has all the things needed like blower, kettle, iron and safety box. The staff are also nice and friendly. It is also 1 minute away from the namba station.

This is my first time to stay in Gracery Hotel. Location - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ walking distance to Dotonburi. Walking distance to Convenience store and to train station Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As expected in Japanese hotels. Complete amenities. They even have cloth iron Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was not remarkable if I have to be honest but it was good I think. Room: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was not spacious but my room had reading nook. Bed was comfy and big i would choose this again next time

Clean Hotel near Namba station”
Hotel is new. Even if the structure is modular unit, it is well cleaned. Linens and towels are so fresh and clean. Space wise, not small, not so big. Shower room and toilet are clean are sparkling. The location is perfect. From Namba station, you can exit at exit 32 and just cross the narrow road and voila! Even if they don't have a complimentary breakfast, complimentary coffee at the reception from 7am to 10pm is available. We highly recommend this hotel to stay while you are in Osaka.

We would recommend this hotel for its proximity to the hot spots in Osaka! Overall, this hotel is very clean and relaxing. Staff is friendly and easy to communicate with in English! Breakfast is also of great quality. On the day we checked out, the hotel even provided umbrellas for us to keep as it was raining! Such a great experience to stay with this hotel in Osaka!

Very near the OCAT terminal and walking distance to Namba shopping area. It's one of the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in Japan. Space was good and I like that the toilet is big, and the walls are high.

Convenience, cleanliness and comfort!”
We stayed here 3 years ago when the hotel was newly built and loved it, so on our return we stayed here again, and it still feels like new! The staff are friendly and the hotel is located very close to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi and Namba Station (all about 10 min walk), so there's plenty to eat and plenty of shopping to do. Family Mart is just across the road as well. The room is small (typical for a Japanese hotel), however the bathroom is quite spacious with separate shower/bath and toilet rooms. Beds are comfortable and clean. It's also very quiet and we didn't have issues with noise from the next rooms. Cleanliness is still excellent and to high standards, and they provided us with bottled water every day with housekeeping. Coin laundry available on reception level. Definitely would not hesitate to stay here again!

Fantastic value and within walking distance of both jr namba and namba station. Dotonbori and den den town are both 10 minute walks as well.
