Economical business stay
I have stayed her 2 or three times before. Great Value for money. Really well located , well appointed. Super comfortable bed, very quiet. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Great bathroom with excellent shower. I would definitely recommend this hotel

No hot water, again and again,
Executive spa room booked for three nights. Good sized room with an extremely comfortable and soft bed, but no hot water. Have to wait up to 20 minutes for hot water to get to showers once staff attend to the problem, told no other rooms available. Finally offered another room about 11pm on our last night, so used that for a hot shower. Response to problem was poor.

My only comment is the room is small. There is only one chair. So my husband and I can not sit down together to have morning tea.

Good value
The hotel is well-located and is fine. Check in and check out staff were quick and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was upgraded to a spa room, which was weird - it is a very big, perfectly good room, but with a stupid great spa tub out of place not in the bathroom but in the bedroom. Odd and tacky. Otherwise, no problem.

Disappointing Stay
We decided to take the Agoda special price offered and were excited about our upcoming stay as we had stayed previously. Upon arrival the ramp door was locked preventing disabled people from entering from the street outside - not a good beginning. We struggled up the entrance stairs with heavy luggage and upon advising the gentleman at Reception of this, he responded with a pompous no care stare. We then cheered up upon hearing our room was ready on the 6th and top floor - exciting NO - It all ended there. Room was very tiny, in fact room only for one case let alone two. Put it this way we both lay on the bed and could each touch the room walls! The night then became a nightmare with some sort of exhaust or airconditioner positioned on the roof above our room. This banged and pfffted every 30 minutes ALL NIGHT - yes I was awake and decided to time it for something to do. All we can say was very disappointing, we were glad to leave and BUYER BEWARE of cheap offerings.
