The room was decent, breakfast menu considerably good though I would suggest more local food added to the breakfast buffet. Banda Aceh is small town, doesn't matter where u stay u can get anywhere easily...This hotel is away from the busy streets though..

Clean hotel. We just checked in for few hours while waiting for our flight on the next morning. Value for money since the room comes with breakfast but we didn't have a chance to eat because we have to left early in the morning to catch our flight.

little bit disappointing to the value ”
Drainage system in toilet damn worst , keep on flooding after shower . and the water heater gt no hot water . still gt this kind of problem after changing second room . furthermore , the breakfast so so , not much variety , mostly are local food tht too hard for us to bite @@ anyway, i love the all the staff , cause so helpful , keep on full fill customer needs wisely . hope the hotel owner wil improve their facilities asap .

Receptionist not well trained”
The receptionist simply ignored us and entertain other guests when we question about their elevators that broke down. I brought my two grandmothers who are over 80 years old and our rooms are at the third floor so elevators are essential to us. But without any assurance or estimated time until the elevators get fixed the receptionist simply ignored us. From our interactions later on we learnt that the receptionist is actually a decent person however the professionalism displayed is simply a let down.

Only 5 minutes to Ulee Lheu Port”
Hotel nearby to Ulee Lheu Port, so if you have a ferry schedule to Sabang in the morning this hotel can acommodate that. But the room is not quite good for 3 stars hotel. The price is overrated but they serve breakfast on 5.30 am which is good because my ferry schedule on 7 am.
