Met our needs well”
After reading several other mixed reviews of this hotel we were unsure of which were correct. Airport pick-up [door 4] was quick. There was a greeter and van came within 15 minutes. We had a lot of luggage as we are traveling with 10 mo old twins. Large, new and clean van. Hotel was further from airport than we thought but not a problem. We were greeted by name at checkin. All staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and modern. At 1st we wanted rooms w 2 beds to push together but design did not allow for this. Switched to king room w/o problem. Reviews of restaurant here I think were unfair. We received good service. Food average. Presentation OK - portions good. Price - a little spendy but this is a hotel in Mexico City. We'd stay there again as r/t airport transit is a key advantage

At both Terminals in Mexico City are people from the hotel to organize the free Shuttle. The Hotel is newly renovated, offers free WLAN, big rooms and a nice restaurant. A perfect hotel for business and leisure travelers

after arriving t1 at mexico intl airport just go to door 4 and pick up the free shuttle, who brings you directly to the hotel. fast check-in and very well equipped rooms. the hotel also offer vending machines for coffe and cold drinks and snacks

the rand prix hotel is most suite for transit passengers and guests. it is situated close to terminal 2 of mexico city's benito juarez airport. the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus service from both terminals and the same to return. the shuttle buses are on every hour and every 30 minutes after the hour. the building is on a main road but some rooms are facing back, which are relatively quite. the rooms are modern, beds are big and comfortable, bathroom, and towels are good. soaps, shampoos are provided. there is no coffee maker in the room. the amount of drawers to store your clothes are limited. the restaurant provides breakfast for extra but reasonable charge.

Clean modern hotel in great location near airport”
Nice hotel for a short transfer stay for another flight out. The rooms are new with fresh linens and clean carpet, AC in perfect condition, nice modern bathroom. A little more expensive then hotels downtown in the history center or zona rosa, but better deal for overnight stay considering taxi fare to the aiport (free shuttle service).

Hotel Grand Prix provides really clean rooms. You won't be disappointed by the quality of rooms. However, shuttle bus drivers are lack of respect for customers. They are so rude that they ask customers to give them lots of tips regardless of nothing special services for customers. If they ask you to pay lots of tips, you should ask why you have to pay for them and give them a dollar or two.

I did have a little trouble getting them to send the shuttle to the airport to pick me up. but once it came it was all great after that. the morning shuttle back to the airport was perfectly on time

Pretty good stay for one night while in transit. The location was very easy for access to the airport. Not very close to a metro station unfortunately but there are buses around. Overall very satisfied.
