Family friendly hotel”
I was traveling with my big family booked 4 rooms. They upgraded the 3 rooms into super deluxe since I put request to stay at 1rst floor due my mom condition and they didn't ask charge for it. Swimming pool is big and clean. The location of the hotel easy to access, the staffs nice and helpful. Super enjoy to staying in this hotel. Thank you 🙏

Very clean hotel. Arrived at 7am but was not allowed to check till 3pm. Service was ok. Good buffet breakfast selection. In the standard rooms, the toilet and bathroom are in the same room, so when you shower, everything gets wet! Large pool which was put into good use as it was quite hot in Yogya during our stay. Very good spa nearby the hotel which was cheap as well. Many tour booking outlets from which we booked to see the Ramayana Ballet while we were in town. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Grand Rosela!

grand rosela has a good location at yogyakarta. there are many tourist and italian restaurant arround this hotel. over all,,i'm so happy here with my husaband to spend our weekend.

Excellent”
Yogyakarta is a city central for a few things, but its town center is not one of them--so I don't believe their locations is really all that bad. The price we paid for what we got was pretty incredible. The wifi worked well in the main area, but struggled in our room; once we stepped outside the wifi was very, very powerful. This hotel sits on a street loaded with quaint coffee shops and restaurants.

Always love staying at Grand Rosela ....... only bad expereince was being put in a moderate room, when I am certain I had booked a deluxe. Close to everywhere we like to go, eat.

Good location to restaurants, cafes and bars”
If it were just a little better kept, Grand Rosela would be a good hotel to stay with. Our bedroom however had a large gap between the floor and the door (the door was actually in a bad state of repair), a small window had a piece of glass missing (so bugs could easily find their way in at night) and the biggest issue, a mouldy bathroom. Staff were attentive and friendly, the swimming pool was superb and the courtyard style garden area as well maintained. We moved just 3 doors down after 2 days and stayed at Agung Inn(and Agung Garden Inn) for 250,000 including breakfast and with complimentary water for a further 12 days. No mould, very clean and even better staff (even had use of a kitchen at Agung)

I was very impressed with the staff. They greet you well and go way out of their way to serve you. The Hotel is located at a very good location. It is well known amongst the local residents - just the name is enough. A number of services are very close to proximity - Money Changer, Antic Shops, Restraunts, Bars, Travel Agents etc. I enjoyed viewing Mt. Merapi from the third floor. The environment set at the hotel is very good. Nice swimming pool and well maintained greenery. I used to eat outside, so I cannot comment much on Lunch and Dinner at the Hotel restaurant. I liked the breakfast though. Overall, I think it stands for - Value for Money.

stayed for 3 nights and hotel did not dissappoint. Next door is a superb restaurant via via superb food. room was great but breakfast choice is Asian only although fuit etc is available. Choose a room on the left side of the pool. While were there we had power cuta=s about 20 times. This is a really good hotel with great service . Pool is good

Good value for money”
Nice hotel conveniently located near the palace in a street with many restaurants, travel agencies, laundry shops and internet places. The "deluxe" room was nothing special, but big enough and clean. Almost all the rooms face an inner courtyard with the pool, but it did not get too loud. No street noise. We sometimes did year the imam call from a nearby mosque, but that's probably the case everywhere in Yogya and did not disturb us at all. There's a choice of "western" breakfast (the usual toast and strawberry jam) or an Indonesian breakfast buffet with rice, vegetables and meat. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

i stay for 2 nights, overall is goodm cheap price, good location , and tasty breakfast, and also good free internet wifi. but i recomend that the management should look for the bathroom cleanless also. good job grand rosella :d

very nice hotel and kind staff”
The room was beautiful, and very clean. The breakfast "buffet" was good, and the location was good, in Prawirotaman, in a good and not very noisy street.There were travel agents in the street, restaurants, and shops. The best for us was that you could relax in the hotel, the swimming pool is very nice, and all the hotel is beautiful and quite. (Yogya is very noisy). The staff is very kind, they answer all the questions we demanded, and the food in the restaurant is good, and not expensive. I recommend this hotel in Yogya.

we got a free up grade to a giant king size room. swimming pool 3meters deep at one end - awesome. staff very friendly. average breakfast. excellent free wifi connection. toilet/bathroom a bit dirty, but better than the usual indonesian budget hotel. overall great value and excellent location.

OK Hotel..”
A comfy hotel with good location but breakfasts not so good & unfortunately we had bathroom renovations directly above us where floors were being hammered apart from 7.30am until 4.30pm daily making it difficult to sleep & rest, we did complain about the noise but our complaints were ignored. Staff were good & helpful & rooms were clean.
