The staff at this hotel was absolutely outstanding, from the front door to final goodbyes. Each person was friendly and outgoing and helpful. We will definitely stay at the Grand Zuri Lahat again!

Excellent”
I visit this hotel with my family and with young children back in October. The staff was very helpful and the hotel is clean. The only downside is probably the location, there was no convenience store nearby (the nearest was approximately 3km), and there was no public transportation available. Luckily, the hotel staff are very helpful in providing hotel transport with reasonable waiting time. In summary, I would stay in this hotel again in my next trip to Lahat.

The hotel is too expensive for small hotel like Lahat. Small variety for breakfast and the food taste not good. Not recommended

The only hotel in Lahat, yet pleasant”
The staff was very courteous & helpful. The fitness center is also quite ok with 4 treadmills and a set of weights for weight training. One tip is not to take the rooms on the 2nd floor, in particular in the middle (i was staying in room 222. The noise from the lounge (especially during live music) is audible into the rooms. Perhaps management can do something about it. Other than that the stay was quite pleasant.

Location is a bit out of nowhere (looks like in a middle of a forest tbh), but it's not really a problem as we brought our own car. The swimming pool is quite big and clean as well. The breakfast is very delicious! There's a big supermarket nearby, though it's not really in a walking distance.

Its OK. Nothing special. The only reason I choose this hotel is because this is the only hotel that is available and just fairly standard. To compare with price, its a bit high
