recommended service with super saving price”
every staff of hotel was so kind and nice. the location is not bad especially every Blok M facilities is in foot distance. room and all the furnitures are so clean and well organised. but only disappinted thing is an water pressure. it was so weak that i couldnt take shower well in short time. anyway I strongly recommend this lovely hotel in terms of price efficiency.

Grandhika Hotel is really nice and the front desk receptionists Anata, Mega, Indah, Deden were really helpful and very kind. When I asked for something, they resolved the matter within less than 5 minutes which I had not experienced in any other hotel. The technicians knows what their doing and the WiFi speed was really fast. The room was really clean and you can eat pay per view channels at no extra cost. Very friendly front desk receptionists and will definitely book and stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality and excellent customer service. Satisfaction guaranteed for this hotel.

This 4 star hotel is still new. Well maintained, elegant interrior and clean but a deluxe room is slightly small. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, except the receptionist who checked us in, displayed cold first impression. It is located at a most convenient spot, within reach to all the famous shopping blocks, Pasar Raya, Blok M Plaza, Blok M Mall, in just between 10 to15 mins walk. This hotel provided a very fast free wifi compared to most of others 4 star hotels in Indonesia. Breakfast are moderate, with few local selections. Different menus on day today should be introduced, to start our day more exciting.

Room/facilities: Deluxe room is spacious, with excellent housekeeping service daily. Bathroom was super clean, shower was nice and hot. Lobby, room, dining area and including other facilities has great wifi signal. Food: I really enjoyed the wide variety of scrumptious breakfast buffet, both asian and western cuisine. Service: Beyond expectations! Special thanks to Mas Ardo, Mas Dhanu and Mas Arlan for the hard work and going the extra mile to retrieve back my husband's lost mobile phone in the Grab driver's car. Kudos for the excellent service. Location: About 10-15 mins drive to some malls like Plaza Blok M, Plaza Senayan and Pondok Indah Mall. Overall, great experience and highly recommended!
Troublesome check in”
Not sure who to blame, but I was told that my booking wasn’t in the hotel’s system. The receptionist asked me to call Agoda but couldn’t get through. They said that they called Agoda too but got no confirmation from Agoda. We eventually checked in at around 6:30pm. Thanks Agoda/hotel for making us (and the kids) wait so long 😤 Apart from that, I like the hotel so much. It’s very clean. The rooms are not too small though. The location is superb, you can just walk to Blok M mall. The breakfast was nice, there were many variety of food.

My first stay at this hotel, and i'm impressed by the grand image, cleanliness, comfortable room and walking distance proximity to Blok M at the relatively low price point. Breakfast was a little disappointing, and the traffic to and from highway was heavy.

Great New Year Experience”
I stayed here with my family for 2 nights during New Year 2020. Walking distance to many culinary delights and many branded-discounted outlets. The breakfast during January 1st was chaotic, but understandable because apparently the hotel was filled with many last-minutes bookings. We were part of the unlucky ones cause we got our breakfast at the bar lounge instead of the main restaurant. But the next day we had an excellent breakfast. More-less, our resting experiences were comfortable. We were lucky to have stayed 2-nights, because most of Jakarta was flooded due to heavy rains, and we were lucky to have stayed in the comfort and hospitality of GranDhika.

Tables for breakfast needs improvements”
I am a Nasi Goreng (fried rice) person, on my first breakfast I could not locate it on the main serving. Only on the next day I realised Nasi Goreng is actually placed seperately. What is Indonesia if Nasi Goreng not featured as a main breakfast menu?? On 3 consecutive days, the tables were not cleared and set up on time thus hindering guests experience of what Grandhika Iskandarsyah has to offer. 2 consecutive breakfasts the staff did not place the spoon on my cup of coffee. I had to ask for it. There was not even an apology from them.

My 2nd stay in as many years, quality is still high but traffic in front of the hotel has worsen considerably. Still, i like the walking distance to Blok M Japanese restaurants which my Japanese associate appreciates too.
terrible aircon, inconsistent housekeeping, noisy banging of doors”
our 3rd or 4th time staying here and can feel that this hotel is getting lack of maintenance. alot of wear and tear. could not get a good night's sleep as the doors do not have a slow stopper so during high occupancy period, you'll be awaken by the banging of the room doors. also, the rooms are not really soundproof so if you get a loud neighbour, you can hear their conversations and even their phone's vibration. housekeeping is not consistent - sometimes they throw away our bath gel and shampoo but did not replace any new ones. aircon is not cold and gets hotter after 7am when the sun rises. on a happy note, it was always a pleasure to have Taufan check us in and he knows our preference very well. he never fails to make us feel at home and welcomed. shoutout to security guard, Asep Kuriawan, as well who was attentive and knew our names. these two persons made our stay very enjoyable and fuss free. also, thanks to Nissa for the surprise birthday cake back in May. could not leave a review as it was within three months so am leaving her a belated compliment. the staffs are great but improvements and maintenances are needed for the hotel itself.

The hotel is clean and nice. Crossing the street to Blok M Mall is not quite easy for one who is not accustomed to Indonesian lifestyle.
Nice service with good spread of breakfast”
Checked in at 9pm and was warmly greeted by their staff with fresh fruit juices (really nice gestures). However was not aware that if you book through their website, you would get conplimentary minibar items, late checkout at 4pm and free upgrade to executive deluxe room. I booked through Agoda and wasn't entitled to all these benefits (so folks, you know what to do). Room service was fast and food was great too! Breakfast spread was huge with different varieties daily for the Indonesian section. Overall a nice experience and if I were to return to Blok M, I would stay here again!

Pros: good price and location for my needs. The building materials are low end. It looks nice now but it will start to look old with wear n tear usage. Good size room with modern facilities. Close to Blok M and Pasar Raya and easy transport. Cons: Breakfast staff not well trained. May suit locals more than foreigners. The cheap finish is my biggest gripe although it does the job perfectly.

Decent budget room. Very clean - cleaning staff well on top of their jobs. No smell of smoke in the non-smoking room, which isn't always the case in Jakarta. Highly recommended for Blok M / South Jakarta.

I had extended my stay in Harper Cikarang Hotel to take care of additional businesses and this hotel was just great to stay with fitness gym, swimming pool, and even onsen spa!! Especially, the front desk receptionists and the housekeeping manager were really nice and kind and you don’t get kind of service unless you really read the reviews of others who already left reviews. Average but best option for stay at Blok M”
So here this is the thing, a month ago, an email was send out to the reservation team who have confirm that they have received the booking via agoda (no issue), but I've also requested directly via email (1 month ago) on the bed preference - i understand that all this is subject to availability, but the staff only inform via email, that this request has been noted and they will arrange accordingly. I mean okay, rooms have been booked 1 month ago so should be no issue. Arrived hotel at 10am to check in, rooms are not yet ready, understandable, proceed to explore Jakarta with family and came back at 9pm and was quite astonished that as per hotel reception, only 2 queen bed is available and they do not have anymore rooms due to group booking. 1. An email was send out 1 month ago to ensure that bed types are sorted out. I am travelling with my brother (26 years old, I am 27 years old), so as you know, our sizes are above average, how are we going to fit onto the bed TOGETHER? and another room for my parents, so that isn't an issue. 2. The staff who attended us at 9pm asked if we have already check in and request for our passport? I mean, I've already checked in earlier at 10am (and have gone through the standard process of photocopying of the passport, deposit of 1 million rupiah by credit card etc) and have also reminded them about the bed types and an email was shown, yet the staff that attended me at 9pm is still asking for the same thing, shouldn't they coordinate among themselves 3. According to them, they have a government group on that day, so they cant provide alternative options on the changing of rooms to twin bed. But first, an email was send out 1 month ago and I checked in at 10am, before that the "government group" has not yet arrived, and while arguing with the front desk at 9pm, I can still see a few group strolling in to do their check in procedure, so this shows that rooms have not be allocated to them yet, so why not give their rooms to us? 4.
