after getting a confirmation of the booking through agoda they did not accept the booking saying they will not get a payment from agoda and collected the money for the stay

Terrible Hotel ”

Room was spacious. But the service and facilities were pathetic. NO Hot Water. Fridge was not working, as well as the TV, which were repaired only after the 3rd day of stay, with repeated requests. ROOM SERVI CE is practically non existent. No towels and torn bed sheets. The only reason we selected this Hotel was to be close to our Sports facility, or we could have booked a 5 star at this price. No one should stay in this place for this atrocious price and abysmal service.

OVER ALL THE HOTEL IS UTTERLY BAD”

I HAD NOTED MY COMMENTS IN THE HOTELS COMMENT BOOK. I HAVE ORDERED PRAWN BIRIYANI , IT TURNED OUT TO FOOD POISON, MY MOUTH SWELL AND TONGUE ALSO SWELL , I HAVE VISITED DOCTOR AND GO TREATED AT THAT NIGHT AROUND 8 PM. MY REPORTING AT RECEPTION WAS OF NO USE AND THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED.. OVERALL HOTEL IS VERY BAD IN ALL TERMS , THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST SEVERED WAS THIRD CLASS.
