Fantastic. Very attentive staff, requestd were attended to within no time.Midnight Biryani was the delicious. Waiting area/lobby is large, and I could spend quality time with my customers.
I travelled on business & was surprised at the 4 star facilities that the hotel offered at the price of a 2 or 3 star hotel.

As Good as any 5 Star I may have stayed at floating around the globe”
Probably one of the best hotels I may have stayed in India. Being a Private Jet Pilot, I get to spend most of my life staying at absolute pearlers around the globe and honestly this would stack-up really well, against any one of them. The staff are incredibly well trained in not only their own skills but also Customer service. Whether that be Surendra and Subhlakshmi from Housekeeping to Rimakshi and Sahitya working in one of the restaurants - Once upon a time to Managers in Divya, Sagar Chitrangan, Niranjan to F&B Manager Mr. Chiranjib. Every single one of them went out of their way to not only cater to my needs during my stay, but also to remember the guests that I had over to serve them with equal care. This is the first time I have stayed in a local 5 star in any country, given we get to spend most of our stays in Marriott(s) and Ritz, but this would stack up against any one of them. Sterling Effort Guys, Keep it up !!

They have an excellent service and courteous staff.Even after late check in at 11.30 pm the reception and hotel was so welcoming.The Tourism Plaza of Begumpet is 6min walk from the hotel which is convenient if you have booked any tour from Telangana Tourism.Food quality and quantity is excellent.Best hotel in Hyderabad.Highly Recommended for all travelers.

Staff is very friendly and eager to help. I enjoyed the breakfast in Once Upon a Time cafe. Wide range of authentic preparations and delicious dishes! Very clean and comfortable rooms!
Manager was more than happy to accommodate my special requests around logistics and transportation.
Over all, very enjoyable stay!!

Buffet at once upon a time was the worst I had in MFN life time . I had 9 guests for the lunch buffet on Sunday were disappointed lot ! The charm of green park seems to going down !
