It was pleasant. Easy to access.Clean and well arranged room. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious Food. While we mentioned that we are leaving early morning chef made Veg Sandwich and Fruits for us.( AT 4.45 AM) I recommend this hotel to those who visit Nuwara Eliya.

Responsible staff”
Wifi is weak!!!! The last night I stay there is no hot shower water, considering the weather at nuwara eliya it's unacceptable. But the staffs were very helpful, they will give you some advice about visit Horton plains and tea factory. And the food they made is good. Bed is comfy and big, and they provide blanket and heater. If I will go back there again , I will consider stay in there.

Great Cheap Accomodation”
We enjoyed our stay at Green Stars. The rooms were old but for the price and we only stayed one night it was good value. Location was good, it was fairly close to the town. Breakfast was lovely and included in the price. We stayed here as it had a family room as we really wanted to share with our children. There aren't many family rooms available. But if you are looking for cheap accommodation, then I would definitely recommend Hotel Green Stars especially if it is just for the one night.

Wonderful, clean, sunny, great service”
This was our favorite hotel on our trip. The staff was super friendly and quick to offer help with a smile. Rooms and lobby were spotless and beds very comfy. Great breakfast & walk to town. A steep driveway up& down to entrance for tuk tuk or walk..but managable. Highly recommend for comfort and yet an authentic sri lankan feel. Great bargain--we looked at 2 others for the same price which were not as cheerful. This hotel is neat and clean. Would choose it again.

A bit off the road - 3*** hotel”
Was surprised you could not get a glass of wine with your dinner ( hotel policy ) We were the only guests in the dining room - we felt a bit lonely The friendly staff did their utmost to make us feel comfortable but I would`nt rate the hotel more than 3 stars

QUIET SERENE ACCOMODATION IN NUWARA ELIYA”
I arrived late evening and the reception was good. Our room on 2nd floor was spacious, clean . I had a good hot shower that night. However for dinner, it was raining and so we had the dinner at the hotel . It was not so tasty but also pricey. Later on the following days we found that food in Nuwara restaurants were quite espensive. The reception was helpful in bringing our bags up the stair to our room. The hotel is good value for NE.

Comfortable stay with helpful staff”
We had a nice and comfortable stay at the hotel.. The staff was friendly. The room was big and clean. The room had a good view. The food served was good. We had ordered chinese. Being a muslim, it was good that they are a Muslim hotel and hence the food served was halal. My 7 year old son was excited to see a horse outside the hotel in the morning and went for a short ride with the person. Overall a short and nice stay.

When we arrived, the staff told us there was problems in the room and helped us to change room in another properties that they have. We stayed in a four star hotel only paying on a three star rate. They also prepare early takeaway breadfast when we have to leave at 5am in the next day. Hot water and good view.

Excellent Stay”
This hotel is well located, well furnished and has a nice view. Room was comfortable and cozy. Heater, hot water, bedding and television were excellent. Breakfast was very good. They have plenty of parking space. Staff were very nice. Mr. Fazal was very friendly and caring. Actually we booked for only one night. But later we extended our stay for one more night.

Lovely hotel, lovely location”
We enjoyed our stay in this good hotel, staffs are very cooperative though their approach was not good initially, they made delay to provide rooms saying that they have no rooms. But later on they begged pardon to us.

Quite Area, clean & comfortable rooms ”
We had two rooms for one night only, we felt so much at home, the rooms large with everything you need is there. the staff give us a good welcome feeling & offered us a nice welcome drink. the hot water was available in the morning.

Convenient, clean with excelent staff”
We stayed for two nights, the staff were excelent, willing to help us with anything we need, arrange taxi for tour, tuk tuk for train station and sent someone to get us train ticket, they even wrapped us our breakfast without askin to take to world ends tour in early morning, The room was clean and comforting, All of all you'll get way more with that much of payment.

Room was fairly good .wash room need more brighter lighting. Morning breakfast was very basic .We paid $ 10 extra for the breakfast which could not have cost more than $2 to the hotel .All in all I would recommend this to price sensitive traveller

A good, but not a great hotel”
Centrally located hotel, amongst many others. Room basic with no outstanding features. Staff got up early to make a breakfast as a special request - this was really appreciated. Other requests often needed to be made twice before being actioned.

We had a great time the staff are so much fun, we choose to stay at smaller motels because you get to spend time with the staff, and enjoy their company, it is a way to get to meet local people. We enjoyed our stay very much.THANK YOU !
