The family room were spacious. Nice bed, comfy. Water heater provided. Aircond is cool, but need to wait for a few minute. The hotel need to repair the window, because its only mention "Rosak" The price is very cheap for the whole room. Location is strategic. Near to many restaurants, self laundries, 99 speedmart, polytech banting, ikbn. Thank you.

Near to ILP, IKBN and Banting city,friendly staff,clean room but quiet dissatisfied with the facilities i.e. water heater not functioning plus very slow water in early morning, clogged sink and noisy air conditioning.

excellent budget hotel compared with your money”
the location of the hotel is away from traffic jam, peace of mind. its location is not far away from banting, only 10 minutes. many restaurants, mini markets and other facilities are available surrounding the hotel, even banks' atm. i love to stay there because the workers (staff)are friendly and helpful.

For those who prefer cheap clean budget hotel this is the hotel that suits you.Just about 6km from Banting and there is no jam. To go to Morib for IKAN BAKAR by the beach, takes you just about 10 min.Stayed there for 2 nights and would go there again.

Quite OK for a budget hotel”
not many choices of hotel in this area, so u cant be too picky. - it is value for money and the day we stayed there it was fully booked - a budget hotel on the first floor, no lift - plenty of parking - shops and restaurants are walking distance, also self service laundry - the room is big for a budget hotel, comfortable bed unfortunately; - for our room's toilet, the flush is not working - the light in the room is very dim - we didn't see any air cond remote in the room, so we have to keep switching on and off whenever its cold or hot. we've tried to find the housekeeper but the was no one at the counter since the room was fully booked - as for the tv, also didn't have any remote to change the channel - the room basically is not sound proof - not hot water (for drinking) provided, they only provide filtered water outside the room - the floor is a bit sticky when we first reached there

I did not expect much from it. Was given a corner room, coud hear all sort of sound from my room including door bell from the entrance, phone rings and people chit chatting outside the building. The room was clean and simple. Its a okay hotel for budget price.

it was a wonderfull stay. Slept early due to the next days meeting in town. However its nearby to breakfast spots, many to choose from. Also the reception was welcoming enough. I as a Hotel Manager my self in Johor Bahru envy the management to get such nice staff's.

I love staying here even though it was not my 1st option. Having 2 small kids, i really need 2 queen size beds. Even though the Inn did not provide iron and kettle, but the drinking glasses are available together with jug which is sufficient. I travelled with kids so i always bring my own travelling kettle and thermos.

When I check-in the hotel at 7.40pm, there is no staff on the counter. I called and the person in charge ask me to wait until 8pm, because they're resting (in Ramadan month).

Sangat sesuai dengan harga, bilik besar & ada ruang solat yg selesa. Aircond was good, the staff too. Cuma takde iron, so please bring your clothes yg tak perlu iron lah yaa. 😂
