Good location and antique feelings.”
When you arrive to the hotel, you can feel like you are in a 1920's movie, with classic constructions and classic lift. Additionally, it has a good location un relation on the most famous places in the city.

A moderate experience ”
Very dingy and small room with no AC. The only reaosn ro choose this is the excellent location very near to train station, metro station and others. But they have no ac and it was pretty hot during this time of the year. Wifi connectivity was good. Special thanks to the guy in reception Tao.

Near to metro Cadet station”
Everything was fine, except the room a bit small for 4 pax. The breakfast was okay, and near to metro station. Oh ya, btw, it has lift but too small.

A clean comfortable hotel. We did not try the breakfast which looked expensive for what we needed.

Cheap hotel but reasonable”
I think this is the cheapest hotel in Paris center. This hotel is very old and worn out and the corridor structure is strange. The floor carpet is really terrible. However, the bathroom was clean. I guess they renovated only bathroom few years ago. Water flows and drain was well and no problem. Not a nice hotel but a place you can stay in the paris center for minimum budget, at least the bath room is OK.

NO Hot water”
After we checked in after a long day of travel, we were told there was no hot water. Apparently the part needed to fix the hot water was on its way from Italy and the hotel didn't know when or whether it would arrive. The front desk staff wasn't apologetic at all for this major inconvenience. There was no gesture such as offering some discount or breakfast voucher etc. When I asked to borrow a kettle for some hot water, I was given a little tea pot of hot water (there was no kettle or cup in the room). Unbelievably, next morning still no hot water. Having to have two cold showers in late September was certainly a very refreshing and unforgettable experience. Things happen sometimes out of our control but the attitude and effort from the hotel would still make a huge difference to how the guests feel.

Better than sleeping on the street”
Reception guy rude and unhelpful. Our room window was completely obscured by the built-out lift right outside and a big metal flue. Room was clean enough but small. We’d booked a twin but it was double. Hotel across the road looked much nicer, hotel opera pax? This area handy for walking to Gare du nord.

Two nights near Opéra”
Finding a family room for three or four in Paris is like looking for a needle in a haystack so Hotel Havane is a gem. Good value considering the central location in Opéra (9th) and convenient to transport. In a quiet side road off Rue Lafayette so not too noisy for Paris. Room was basic tho. Two comfortable double beds but inadequate storage for clothes, so good we only lived out of suitcase for three days. Smelly plumbing. Shower was clean hot but only large enough for a mouse. The hotel was very clean just old and a bit tired in decor. If you just need somewhere to sleep without breaking your budget, this is perfect.

Very good and comfortable stay ”
Stayed here for 10 nights. Rooms were decent size considering Paris. Bathroom was clean and towels were very good. Location is very convenient as it is 2 minute walk from metro station. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Check in and check out was super quick. Locker facility is available for €3 per day if needed. They should keep electric kettle in room though which will be a good facility for guests. Croissants in breakfast are delicious.

Nice Staff”
I had a problem with my train booking according to the national strike of SNCF , and this receptionist took his time try to find a solution for me, much appreciated. And another receptionist speaks Thai really well which is such a nice surprise in Paris.

Location made everything better”
Hotel is near metro/bus station. A bit old and needs some dusting esp in reception area. There’s an elevator for 3 persons max cramped inside. When we arrived though, it wasnt working so we had to climb the creepy and flimsy looking spiral carpeted staircase.Good thing the receptionist offered to have our luggages sent to our room. The actual hotel room is smaller than what was conveyed in the photo, but looks exactly the same.Toilet and shower are clean but needs a few renovations like changing the stained toilet seat, putting hooks or bars to hang towels and clothes. There’s a radiator in the room but no ac, the windows can be opened though. There’s a small cabinet to hang clothes with an extra old blanket tucked inside. The bed is also old, covered with overwashed (needs to be replaced) itchy material of a bedsheet. The staff were okay, some speak English, and the young female receptionist is really helpful.Breakfast buffet of croissants & coffee is fine but kitchen noise is too much.

Great budget hotel in the center of Paris”
It's definitely a budget hotel however if you don't want to spend too much while visiting Paris I highly recommend it. I had unfortunately a few on the inner court being blocked by the elevator shift. I would recommend asking about the view. The toiletries were not great but that's normal for this type of hotel. Overall very positive stay.

They charge for air you breathe.”
No fridge in room. Cost 25 euros to rent. On the website they advertised twin beds, only double when we arrived and we had reserved. Ask for refund. No. Safe key 3 euros. Moved to a room with twins no window due to renovation. Room smelled like it had been recently fumigated. Order and paid for a shuttle to CDG. It was advertised by the hotel. The driver could not get into airport parking. Took another way. Dropped us off in illegal zone with our bags. Airport security was behind driver. Driver took off. Airport security escorted us into airport after we had been left to navigate a barrier and traffic. Really don't stay there.
