Worst staff behaviour I ve ever met
location, location, location
the hotel is benefiting of the great location straight at the beach. on the other hand the staff at the reception when checking out treated us like thieves. they accused us of having taken away the bath robes, which i have never - i stay in hotel all over the world for more than a decade and was the 3rd time for a weekend trip in mamaia - experienced before. we were acused of taking away bath robes, that we did not see in our room. they told us, that we would have had to check the inventary, when entering the room. imagine: you as a guest are obliged to check the inventary! in the end we called the manager, who asked the room mate to recheck the bath robes on the floor. finally they said everything is ok without any word of apology to me and my wife. this is more than highly unprofessional, it´s like treating guests like thieves.
