Gem in a busy city”

We enjoyed our stay because the service team was so kind. Got a great room with a view. The Wifi did not reach it so well but it worked great in the building.

i enjoyed my stay at helgon hotel. the service was very good & all the staff were very helpful even beyond the calls of their duties. it is conveniently located to the santuary, within a short walking distance. they also provide taxi service arrangement to/fro airport/hotel

We had a pleasant stay. Hotel is within walking distance to the sanctuary and in a good location. Rooms are clean. Friendly and helpful staff at the counter. Will return if we visit Lourdes again.

Our stay at helgon was very pleasant. The staffs are very friendly and guided us patiently about time to attend the major event at the sanctuary. The hotel is very clean and quiet. And it is very short walk from hotel to the grotto. We would choose to stay and this hotel again.

The hotel staff provided us with information without our asking, were very accommodating to our request for late checkout. Rooms were very functional and clean. It is very centrally located and lots if eateries etc close by. We really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to anyone.

A little hard to find the hotel as it's inside a lane, otherwise our stay was a pleasant one. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a convenient location, within walking distance to the sanctuary. Many eateries near the hotel as well. Definietly recommend to friends and will go back to stay

It was hard to find this hotel as it is new, so make sure you have the exact number and road name. Once inside, the hotel rooms will not disappoint. Also, a great location for those visiting the Grotto. You may want to spend a few days as the city centre is also worth a visit.

Friendly and helpful staff”

Hotel very close to the Grotto . Room was a bit on the small side and very cold. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was adequate but very basic no fresh fruit offered. Hover was not passed in the room for the 4 nights we were there which was very disappointing. More attention to the cleaning should be made otherwise good hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable”

Breakfast could be upgraded. Kettle and cups for coffee/tea would be a great plus in addition to a microwave. Enjoyed cleanliness of room.

Great location but small rooms”

Would have appreciated warm water for tea in rooms and more choices for breakfast. Otherwise, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

We really impressed with the receptionist, always smile and helpful. She gave us a good tourism information based our length of stay. The room is clean and nice. Location is near to Grotto Massabielle.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est proche de la Basilique. Nous avions une chambre correcte avec une belle salle d'eau qui semblait avoir été refaite. Dans la chambre il y avait un coffre-fort, juste de quoi un téléphone portable mais pas une tablette. Il y avait également une bouilloire avec du tartre au fond et 2 tasses. Petit astuce pour le tartre de la pomme de douche ainsi que la bouilloire, pensez au vinaigre blanc. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est vraiment moyen, nous étions seuls dans le réfectoire. Le chocolat est le même qu'au bureau, à la machine (bof). J'aurais aimé du vrai lait chaud. Pour résumer, bien que la literie de la chambre est bonne, j'ai été dessus par le petit déjeuner simpliste de qualité moyenne ainsi que par le tartre de la bouilloire et de la pomme de douche; je m'attendais à un peu mieux d'un 4*.

Ce qui m a énormément surprise c est la gentillesse et la bienveillance du personnel !! Séjour plus que parfait pour ma fille de 14 ans et moi-même. Je remercie le personnel à l’accueil ainsi que Noemie au service du petit-déjeuner 🥰
