Bad experience with this hotel”
We had a bad experience at this hotel because we had a top floor room without aircon and possibility to open windows to get fresh air into the room when the temperature after a full day of good sunny weather were 33 degrees Celsius. We couldn't sleep that night and there was no possibility to get a different room according to the night staff.

Very basic”
Tv and AC not working. Room is small and quite rundown. Lobby enviornment is acceptable but hygiene is poor. Breakfast is not impressive either

Good but could have been better”
This hotel is satisfactory as it is clean and not too expensive. It is in a fabulous location with Hyde Park a couple of hundred metres down the road and the Queensway tube station about half a kilometre away and not far to Paddington station. We stayed for 10 days and our room was of reasonable size facing the street. Main problem was other guests smoking out the front. We left for 3 days to go to Bath and returned for anothe 4 nights to find we we had been put in a room that was so small we could not open one of the wardrobe door as the bed was in the way! It was like being in a prison cell it was so small. Otherwise the hotel was fine.
