Exceptional”

Very convenient, within walking distance from city centre and levi tourist centre. Entire hotel was well kept and very clean, bathroom had warmed tiles and warmed towel rack to ensure guests have a very comfortable stay. Breakfast spread was excellent, food and drink options aplenty. Many other options to eat nearby and there's 2 supermarkets within walking distance as well.

Nice room with bath tub”

the hotel is very big with many blocks. you can walk from reception to every blocks or directly from another entrance to your block. the room is standard and warm. the bathroom is big with a bath tub. i took a hot bath after snowboarding. i can walk to the ski resort and everywhere in levi, including supermarket and other shops on main street. and can walk to the lake which is best place for aurora watching. there's a long, shared balcony. you can just walk out for a smoke or watch the aurora from the balcony too. however, inside levi, there are few hotels just located next to the ski resort and the main street.

perfect hotel ideally located”

The hotel is very well located, few meters from the center and very easy to find. The hotel room was extremely big, with a great bathroom ! Good breakfast (although it was always the same everyday, but it was good). The lobby is very nice with a lot of sofas where to rest around a fire. I highly recommend the hotel

Lovely hotel and welcoming staff”

our room cost with breakfast. simple breakfast. nice and clean room with private sauna, small kitchen with microwave stove, coffee maker and kettle. only wired Internet is available in the room. wi-fi is found in lobby area only. Easy to find the hotel location.

I enjoyed my stay very much as so did my female counterpart. We enjoyed the sauna in hotel room, breakfast, tv and cleanliness of room. Only minus was that the jacuzzi was closed.

Just a night stay before airport”

Just straying over for a night before departure to airport. So far the hotel the hotel is okay, room, bed, pillow, pretty much everything's is comfortable. Breakfast start only at 7:30 which I thought is quite late. Otherwise no compliant, all is good.

Convenient location with many dining options”

We stayed in a double room with private sauna in the main building. The kitchenette inside our room was convenient. Breakfast was very good selection. Convenient location around 10 mins away by foot to the ski area.

コスパのいいホテル”

いろいろ調べましたが、この辺りのホテルでは、一番コスパが良いと思います。ホテル周りにはお店も多いし、空港からもエアポートバスが出ていて、ホテル前まで来てくれます。朝食も種類が多く、おいしかったです。スタッフの対応も良く、挨拶もしてくれて、とてもフレンドリーでした。とりわけ、豪華でもないので、泊まるだけでいいなら、おすすめです。

ホテル　フルポロ２０１５　秋”

今回、スタンダードルーム　サウナ付きに滞在しました。前回、別のタイプのルームに滞在しましたが、ルームタイプによってかなり違いました。簡易キッチンつきで、食器、カトラリー、それこそまな板、包丁まであり、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカー、湯沸しポット、冷蔵庫もありました。しかし、コンロが無いので、調理をすることは出来ません。レンジで物を温める位です。近くにスーパーがあるので、インスタント食品を温めて食べることが出来ます。他の方のコメントにある、インスタントコーヒーや、シャンプーなどのアメニティーもありませんでした。シャワーもブースのみなので、慣れてない人は大変かもしれません。その代りサウナがあります。バスタブを取るか、サウナを取るか、だと思います。朝食は種類も多くてとても満足でした。 ホテルへの交通手段は、キッティラ空港からフライトに合わせてエアポートバスが運行しています。料金、片道８€、往復１４€です。時間は、フィナビアのホームページ、又はホテルか、町のインフォメーションセンターでもわかります。フルポロはバスがホテルの前まで来てくれるので分りやすいです。立地条件がよく近くにスーパーが３つ、徒歩１０分のスキー場まで出れば、レストラン、カフェ、バー、お土産屋さん、ショッピングも出来ます。今回は秋だったので、森が黄色く色ついてとても綺麗でした。ハイキングシーズで、森歩き目当ての観光客が多かったです。気温も１０℃前後なので、少し寒い位で、気持ちよかったです。森は、ベリー類や、キノコ類が多く、取って食べてる人もいました。夏のように虫（蚊）もいないので、過ごし易かったです。９月は２２時頃になると暗くなるので、オーロラを見ることが出来ました。秋は天気も安定しているそうで、晴れていることが多く、真冬のように寒くなく、防寒着も着ることなく、毎日楽して見ることが出来ました。

２人で滞在するには十分な広さで、エキストラベッドを利用することができるようです。プライベートサウナも各部屋にあり、部屋や廊下もかわいらしく気に入りました。 スタッフも親切で快適に過ごせました。

Hotelli hyvällä sijannilla. Hyvä palvelu, hotelli vaatisi osin uudistamista huoneiden osalta.

Hyvää ja kehitettävää”

Olin ystävän kanssa kahdestaan reissussa. Todella kiva näköala eturinteeseen. Rento tunnelma ja upea sauna- osasto olivat meidän mieleen. Aamupalakin oli ihan ok, mutta enemmän voisi panostaa vielä ruoan laatuun. Enemmän paikallisia tuotteita, eikä vain halvinta teollista. Huoneemme sattui myös olemaan aivan keittiön alapuolella, ja heräsimme kolinaan joka aamu, kun keittiössä alkoivat valmistaa aamiaista.Tämä oli myös hieman häiritsevää. Kokemus on silti plussan puolella, ja mielellämme tulemme uudestaan.

Hyvä majoitus keskeisellä paikalla Levillä. Kesäaikaan oli hiljaista. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hyvä. Lähistöllä sijaitsee useampikin ravintola, joista on vara valita mieluinen.

Sijainti”

Varausta Agodan kautta tehdessä ei käynyt ilmi, että huoneen hintaan ei sisälly pääsylippua Areenalle. Lippu sisältyy vain suoraan hotellista tehtyihin varauksiin. Vastaanoton henkilökunta ei myöskään suostunut myymään lippua, joten Areenalle sai jonottaa lippua 1,5 h pakkasessa. Huone oli nuhjuinen ja kolhittu. Lämmitys oli liian kovalla teholla, säätö ei onnistunut ja huone oli siten liian kuuma. Varauskokonaisuuden luokaton hoitaminen laskevat palvelukokemuksen arvoa. Ruokaravintolat ja aamiainen olivat hyviä.
