Sister's trip for leisure ”
We spent a lot of time walking around exploring the city, so rather than relaxing in a cafe somewhere all the time we would have preferred to come back to the hotel to relax in a cafe or lounge area. However, we didn't realise until the last day that there is actually a small cafe behind the reception. Considering the hotel is a 3-star property, it exceeded my expectations and the friendly and helpful staff plus the cleanliness of the hotel ... and the location are all 5-stars for me.

Breakfast was excellent with many choices and great cappuccino, staff were helpful and friendly, there was an elevator which is great if you have luggage, location is in the heart of the spanish quarter among many fantastic restaurants (pizza!), historic district is only a short walk away, metro is very close to hotel - maybe 2 blocks. Decor and room itself was really cool. Only drawbacks were that the wifi was really spotty and the walls and shower could use a good scrub.

nice size rooms & a balcony as a bonus to watch the bustling streets below. very helpful staff and decent continental breakfast on offer too. tv channels were limited - only cnn in english - but we didn't watch much tv anyway!

Good location & lovely bathroom ”
The room was clean and nice and especially the bathroom was really good- the shower was the best. Good location too. The air conditioner was a bit loud and a bit hard to control but, overall it was a good stay.

A pleasant weekend stay in Naples”

Little gem visually - moderate value”
Hotel Il Convento is notable mostly for being well-managed and its rooms and facilities well-appointed and fairly updated and stylish. However, the rooms (at least mine) are not spacious, except in the vertical dimension (high ceilings). A generous breakfast buffet is offered in attractive, handsome quarters with historical accents referencing the hotel’s past as a convent. It was somewhat disappointing for me to find that my street-facing balcony doors would not open to the (mostly decorative, too small to be functional) balcony. A pleasant stay, but probably not the best value to be found in Naples’ Spanish Quarter.

Excelente ubicado, personal muy atento y atractivo”
La zona del hotel no es muy pintoresca, pero esta muy bien ubicado. A menos de 3 minutos caminando desde la estación de metro. Al qué les gusté caminar se puede visitar todo Nápoles a pie desde el hotel, lo cual recomiendo. Tiene un buen diseño como monasterio. Wifi rápido y gratis. Personal muy atento y disponible. Desayuno muy bueno.

Hotel TRES bien situé. Près du metro Toledo (Rue Toledo à cote du cheval en fer.) Quartier très vivant - clocher à 7h00 et 7h30 - bruit des scooters - voisins ..J'ai adoré! l'Hotel fournit des boules Quies. Entouré d'excellentes pizzeria pas chers. Staff très serviables et sympathiques. L'hotel est un peu sombre. Peu lumineux puisque les immeubles sont tres proches les uns des autres dans ce quartier, les chambres ont beaucoup de bois sombre, ce qui n'aide pas. mais quel importance puisque on y fait que dormir. Vous trouverez des épiceries tout à cote - super pour preparer des sandwiches. Vous constaterez qu'il y a un vrai souci avec les chasses d'eau. Apparement c'est du au fait que la ville soit sur une colline. ce qui peut-être tres gênant lorsque l'on partage une chambre à plusieurs. Astuce: Ouvrir l'eau de la douche - pommeau en main au dessus des toilettes et tirez la chasse d'eau. :) Les Napolitains sont d'une gentillesse incroyables. toujours près a aider.

Excellent hôtel, seul bémol le bruit venant de la rue et l'insonorisation très moyenne entre les chambres. Sinon rien à redire, emplacement, chambre, personnel et petit-déjeuner sont très bien.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix”
L'hôtel est bien situé en plein centre ville. On peut visiter la ville à pied depuis l'hôtel. Les arrêts des transports en commun sont très proche de l'hôtel. Facile accès de/à l'aéroport avec le bus. Employés parlent courramment l'anglais, très serviable et très bon accueil. Bien que l'hôtel est situé dans un quartier espagnol, certains disent dangereux mais on n'a pas du tout senti cela. Il ne faut toutefois pas s'aventurer dans les petites ruelles la nuit. L'accès de l'hôtel est à 200m depuis la rue centrale. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
