Originally built in 1896, Ayenda Imperial Reforma is a listed building set on Reforma Avenue, just a 5-minute walk from the Revolution Monument. It offers elegant, air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and private balconies. Ayenda Imperial Reforma is situated on the edge of Zona Rosa, Mexico City's main entertainment and business district. Beautiful Hotel with some Mexico City History.”

Beautiful Hotel, big comfortable rooms. They need a little bit of an update. restaurant, lobby and hall ways truly beautiful. Make sure not to get a breakfast unless that is specified the buffet, otherwise you would spend twice for a breakfast , the very little continental and then you have to pay for buffet as well if it was not enough. Staff very kind and helpful.

Too older system ”

Elevator just 2 and so 1 is out of order put the sign board. And then 1is so many times it's doesn't work.... in&out problems. Too dark room lighting........

Major Problem in Cleanliness”

This hotel need to seriously check their cleanliness especially their carpet in the room. The location is excellence. The hotel is beautiful even it is old but looks classic but I will not return there again as there were dust everywhere even I and my little daughter could not sleep at night because we could not breath.

Tuve la necesidad de hospedarme ahi por acudir a un seminario, me dieron una habitacion en el octavo piso, vieja, mal oliente, deteriorada y sucia; pedi cambio en la recepciony me aumentaron la tarifa; me dieron otra en el primer piso, vieja, deteriorada y sucia, la ventana hacia Reforma no cerraba y tuve que poner una silla... disculpenme pero a su hotel le falta una remodelacion al 100% y un cambio de administracion con estrategias de enfoque hacia las necesidades de los clientes actuales, da pena ajena.
