Stayed here for 8 nights. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Self service laundry was a stunning for long stay customer. Breakfast was fantastic with variety choices. Definitely will come back again.

I stayed at the Hotel In for two weeks & while the staff were great, the breakfast menu was the same day in, day out, except for the first weekend when there was a buffet. After which, it was a bit disappointing, especially for such a long stay

Great choice for a short stay upon touch down at Taoyuan airport. Hotel is relatively new and very cosy. Excellent staff service who arranged our mini van transport to Leofoo resort. Macs, KFC, Starbucks are right beside.

I was not able to call to set up airport pickup due to connection issues of my location so sent a message via the website. As I was walking into TPE airport there was a gentleman holding my name for pick up. The only issue I had was the heat was on in my room upon arrival but it was resolved quickly. I called the front desk and within a couple minutes the air was turned on. I would stay at this hotel again if I am ever in the area.

Chose this hotel as an option near to the airport. The staff were very welcoming, professional and helpful. They recommended eateries nearby and checked the business hours for us, especially as we had to catch an early flight and we couldn’t make it for the buffet breakfast. They prepared takeaway breakfast boxes for us. The room was clean and comfortable. Only downside was probably the hotel location if you are looking for somewhere to shop. Zhongli night market is the nearest night market which is about 15-20 min walk, but there are also eateries that open throughout the night within the vicinity.

This hotel is very new. Everything is very clean and working well. The staff is very helpful and efficient. Breakfast is sufficient though not a very big spread. Location wise - the area is very busy. Not good for shopping but good number of eateries within walking distance. Location is convenient to catch public transport. A few bus stops and you can arrive at Zhongli station. Pleasant stay.

Room was very clean and quiet. Gd break fast included. 5 mins ride to the nearby Jongli night market. Convenient for for those who wish to stay in Taoyuan and proceed to nearby attractions the following morning

Staff was exceptional! Hotel was new, clean and the decor was outstanding! Unique and fun. The bar was great! The staff even found me a bottle of red wine!! Love this place and will return if ever need a place close to the airport.

Staff was exceptionally attentive to all details. Room, elevator and lobby were spotless. The room was quite pleasing with elegant decor and, though small, was well laid out with convenient spaces to unpack bags. Breakfast service had an extensive selection of both Asian and Western dishes, most of which I sampled, all of which were delicious. The location directly across the street from the Taipei bus stop was also very convenient for my purposes. Highly recommend.

This is my third time stay in the hotel and it is still as good and clean. Staff are polite and helpful. Good place if you are looking for a hotel near the airport. Not much around that area but ample food choices in the eateries nearby.
