Dishonest Staff with lots of excuses”
I really wanted to like this hotel. The interior design was neat and it's close to the airport. Lots of restaurant choices in walking distance. I was told the airport shuttle picks up guests every 30 minutes; I waited 1hr15min and called three different times to ask for a status. Each time, the receptionist had a different reason why the driver was delayed. The final time she suggested I just take a taxi, which I ended up doing but I wasted way too much time sitting at the shuttle stop. When I brought this up to her while checking in, she was extremely dismissive and acted like it wasn't a big deal that their driver had something going on. I told her that she should've said to this me during the initial call rather than saying it would be "another 15 minutes." That type of customer service completely altered my opinion of the place and I will not be staying at Indigo again nor recommending it.

Hotel is nice! Don’t let the location deter you (in college park). Good sized rooms with plenty of space. Clean. Hotel facilities looked modern. Nice common spaces. 5 minutes from airport (domestic terminal) and about 10 minutes from the international terminal.

Nice Place”
Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. Only negative is that it is loud you are right next to the airport and train station bring some ear plugs. Other than that it was great!

After investigation by hotel staff it was obvious a housekeeper stole my laptop from my room. There was no offer of financial assistance nor room upgrade, not even an offer of a complementary meal from the in hotel restaurant. Poor customer service in my opinion.

Needs an update and shouldn't be advertising things they don't back up”
I booked online with the option to pay on arrival. I specified I did not know what time I would arrive. when I called as a courtesy to say I would be in late -around 9:15-9:30 I was told by Sophia they could not guarantee me a room because I had not paid and if that was a problem I needed to call Agoda. I spent over 40 minutes on hold at various points while records were checked and I forwarded my "your reservation is confirmed and complete" email to them. I was in tears, very stressed since I was flying back to Paris where I live and did not know if I would have room. When I did arrive, it was not a problem, just a BIG totally rude, unnecessary stressor for me apparently. Additionally, the condition of the hotel and the room is not up to par for the price of the facilities. My icebucket had been used as a trash can - uncleaned and unemptied. The wallpaper peeling in several areas, molding in the elevator missing, the hall was very hot, complimentary printer out of paper/ink, etc.
