Parking is USD 35 a day with in and out privileges effective June 1, 2022. Guest should park vehicle in front of the property and check-in room at lobby. After check-in, guest can proceed to drive vehicle south on 20th Street South towards Magnolia Avenue. Turn left onto Magnolia Avenue and then turn immediate left directly behind the hotel into the secured gated parking garage. Press the button to open the garage door. After parking, guest can use room key to open through the double doors and take the elevator up to guestroom.

A nice stay for a brief one or two night rendezvous. Staff did not seem that engaged. Nice amenities and well placed for better access to food/entertainment. Room was very small and cold, but loved the shower/bathroom.

This hotel has a lot to admire. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was yummy. The only problem we had was the sliding door to the bathroom was very hard to push. The beds were very comfortable. I do wish they had blow dryers in the rooms.

A pleasingly hip hotel.”

Perfect location for restaurants; cultural sites within 2 miles and an easy walk along 20th Street; decor is elegantly happy.

I had a good stay at the hotel: the lobby is charming, the staff helpful, and the location perfect. The hotel tax is high, however, and added at least $20 to the cost per night.

We came for a two night weekend stay and loved the hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a little stiff for our liking. The only drawback was the parking - you have to park in the adjacent public parking garage which means you have to pay each time you come and go. Two to four dollars depending on the day.
