Everything’s there for you”
I booked it because the area is the closest proximity from Manhattan to Newark Airport. It’s a small hotel, room is not that spacious but it’s well designed and sufficient for my short stay. (2 nights) On amenities, I like their cleansing products. The mirror also has make up light that is a fine detail for any hotel. There’s a roof top bar that serves nice cocktails and good view. Overall it’s a good proposition for business and short stay. But if you plan to stay longer and need more space, you might want to explore other options or bigger room type.

I love staying here it was my 2nd time for our anniversary and it was amazing. Beds are comfy, great location, and the bar upstairs is cute. Will be staying here everytime I visit NYC.

It is the best cheapest hotel new in the Downtown near Wall Street Memorial Bus M15 change at M42 to be in Time Square and UN in less than 25 minutes and with buss card and metro for 33 USD per week We was vey happy there thank you

Super friendly and kind staff, extremely clean and new ”
5/5 for: Staff: Accommodating, professional and eager to help! Erica and Felix made my stay all the better, they are problem solvers with a sense of humor, thank you for the hospitality! Location: Close to multiple subway stations, convenience stores and of course FiDi, if you're booking for work. A variety of eateries nearby. Water bottles, coffee and snacks in lobby: Free and for the taking, although the snacks were in low supply during my visit. It's a nice touch to have, especially when coming back from a late night. The only con: Not all the amenities are open, just FYI! (Gym, bar, rooftop closed.) TBH this didn't bother me bc let's be real, I've rarely used gyms at hotels, even nice ones lol.

Poor room service ”
We stayed here for several days. The room is clean but the room service needs a lot of improvement! Like a lot. We asked for room service, the first time it was ok. But the second and third time they barely clean the room. They didn’t wash the mugs, nor clean up the shower area. On the last time we asked for room service, they only make up the bed. No change of towels. They even left garbage bag on top of our luggage and dirty towel! Also, not all receptionists are not very accommodating. They give you inconsistent information. I find it very disappointing in general.

Nice new hotel at a good location in the Financial District”
The hotel is brand new which makes the rooms very appealing. The cleanliness is very good too. The location is good for the financial district however it is not super convenient for the subway with most stations around a 10+ minute walk. I had booked a rate with breakfast but the bar and restaurant were not opened yet during my stay, instead some pastries and coffees and refreshments were available at the lobby. On the first couple of days these were great, fresh pastries with a good variety. From day 3 they went downhill, stale croissants and cold coffee. Once the facilities are up and running this has the potential to be a good option for a 3-3.5 star hotel in this smart location.

전체적으로는 무난했습니다. 이 가격대의 다른 뉴욕 호텔들이 그러하듯 방이 매우 좁습니다. 하지만 창문의 방음은 진짜 잘되어서 밤에 조용히 잘 잤습니다. 다만 룸클린에 대한 팁을 줬음에도 청소를 제대로 안하는 경우가 많아 아쉬웠습니다. 또한 아고다에서 모든 비용을 지불했고(세금포함) 디파짓은 125달러로 알고있었는데 다른 금액을 결제했고, 마지막 체크아웃한 날에 한번 더 다른 금액으로 청구를 했길래 호텔에 물어보니 amenity fee라고 하네요. 아고다에서 안내해준 amenity fee랑 2-3만원 정도 더 청구되었는데, 귀찮아서 그냥 넘어갔습니다. 참고하세요.

뉴욕은원래 다 이런가요”
아무리 뉴욕 물가 비싸고 이래저래 감안했지만, 객실내 비치되있는 커피머신은 더럽고 고장나서 전화 하려고 했는데 전화기도 연결안되있어서 1층 내려가서 말했더니 낼아침 엔지니어 와봐야 안다는 소리만 하고 결국 아무 피드백 없었어요. 청소도 요청하지 않으면 5박내내 안오길래 1층에 미리 요청해두었는데 오후에 돌아와보니 그대로 였어요. 처음부터 먼지도 많고 너무 건조해서.. 아침에 눈뜨면 핸드폰 위에 흰먼지가 자욱... 수건도 몇번을 말해서 1시간뒤에 딱 두개 가져다 줬어요. 원래 뉴욕은 다 이런가요..? 그나마 가격 저렴하고 브랜드 호텔이라 믿고 갔는데 정말 좁고 더럽고 서비스까지 비추입니다. 차라리 돈 좀 더 들여서 다른 호텔 가세요

Ignorant staff”
Staff working at the front desk was not helpful when we had any enquiries throughout our stay. Also when we requested for room cleaning, they only replaced towels instead of changing sheets and room cleaning. Won't be coming back to this hotel in our next trip.
