A 5 Star Stay in Patong”
I have stayed in Patong a number of years and was a little hesitant visiting post COVID to see how things may have been affected. We chose to stay at Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong as a couple close enough to some nightlife, beach and good food, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Bangla Rd. On arrival I was pleasantly surprised by the presentation of the hotel, everything was quite modern and spacious. We booked a junior suite with a garden view so that we had a bit more room to relax. ::::: THE GOOD ::::: - Huge room with separate living areas. Perfect if you’re traveling with friends, kids, or just want to separate your entertaining/eating/drinking away from the your bathroom/bedroom area - Modern appliances like large TV (2 TVs), Harmon Kardon sound bar, USB and HDMI connectivity and freestanding bath tub - Beautiful pool area, pool was nice and warm every day we swam. Some more comments on the pool area below - Perfect location. Close to 7/11, Family Marts, Money Exchange, Pharmacy, Massage and plenty of eating options nearby - Beautifully prepared pizzas and food at the restaurant located on the ground floor. Also available at the pool bar - Quick and efficient housekeeping service and very prompt response from front desk if any issues (more information below) - Friendly, welcoming and sincere hotel staff throughout. Eager to have a chat and provide recommendations on great locations to eat and explore if you are stuck for options - Fantastic value for money ::::: THE NOT SO GOOD ::::: - Our particular room had a fault with the shower which meant we were unable to turn it off. Despite this, the maintenance team came very quickly, were extremely courteous and fixed the issue without too much interruption - There were a number of inconsiderate guests in the lobby, especially during checkin. We love our stays here. The best 5 stars hotel in Patong, for sure. Get yourself in either the pool access room or the suite room; you will not regret it. Mr Lob and his team at the front office are examples of how the front office in the hospitality business must be done. Our room is always well cleaned and freshened by Bella & Jnny, and they provide us with enough water and our favourite flavour of Nespresso cups.

Loved to stay in Indigo Patong, amazing modern hotel with nice balcony. Room was very big with good sound system and comfortable bed. All staff super helpful and friendly. Hotel have very nice Restaurant Butchers Garden, with amazing Thai food and steaks. One thing we didn’t liked, during our stay there was big groups of people, who was extremely loud by the swimming pool and not respectful to others. My sunglasses was as well stolen during I was swimming.

The hotel is pretty new and it is located at a very good location - within walking distance to Patong beach, food is available around the hotel, there’s a convenience store in the vicinity as well. For drivers, there a sufficient parking lots. As for the services and the amenities in the room. They were superb! All the basic amenities are included and they were of fantastic quality. The room is very well designed and it even comes with a balcony and a mini cocktail bar. Lastly, the staff here is very helpful and they provide a ‘homely’ vibe whereby you would not want to get home. Definitely a must stay in Patong!

Gotta say, hotel indigo was one of our favorite places during our honeymoon. The style and vibe of the place was very unique and cool. The rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area a lot and found hotel indigo’s breakfast to be the biggest and most diverse breakfast we had throughout our trip.

Strategically located with an amazing welcoming exterior, INDIGO’s relaxing lobby is beautifully designed. The staff provide good customer service, which I look forward to being slightly improved during my next visit. I booked for 5 nights paid the whole amount through agoda, yet , I had to deposit 1000 Bht daily (5000 bht). Freshly colored, the room I’ was staying it was spacious & up date. The bed is restful, but the pillows are too soft. Bedsheets & towels are clean. The toilet is well equipped to meet your desire. Iron & table are provided in the room. No cupboard. The balcony is huge & comfortable for relaxing. The presence of a coffee machine is a big plus in the room. Good breakfast, cleaning is well done daily, but I was annoyed by their constant calls for cleaning although I had the “Don’t disturb button” on. I liked the gym & the clean pool. Overall, despite a few negative comments that I’ve mentioned above, it’s an excellent hotel which I highly recommend.

It was my girlfriends birthday and the hotel surprised us with a birthday cake when we returned from celebrating in Patong. The staff was so nice and we felt warmly welcome all the time. Everything was done to make our stay unique. We had such a good time and would always come back to this charming and relaxing place. Spend my sandbox week here, staff were very helpful booking a covid test closer to hotel and helping with a boat trip excursion. Breakfast had plenty of selection with freshly cooked items as well. Housekeeping service was immaculate every early evening I would return to a beautifully clean room, would definitely stay here again.

Amazing experience! Great location in Patong, Phuket. My first times with Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong. The room is SPACIOUS! With very unique design, so chic and refresh ❣️ Hotel is recently opened just before COVID came, so everything is still in great condition. Water and AC are working very well. Love the rain shower! And highly recommend to try pizza from hotel restaurant. It is gonna blow your mouth with very charming prize 😋

Fully-equipped rooms at a convenient location”
We stayed at the King Room (Retreat view) for 2 nights. PROS - Room is clean and equipped with everything you need and there are plenty of sockets in the room. Audio/video systems are wonderful though it took us sometime to connect to the right system since all systems in the rooms are with the same name (you can only try your luck until you hit the correct one). Love that there is a balcony which is best for drying the swimsuits. Roof-top pool is not packed and clean (maybe because it's just 5-min walk to the beach). CONS - It's almost impossible to have hot water in the shower, but luckily it's hot in April so you don't really need the water to be really hot anyways. Breakfast was ok. Overall a lovely stay.

Really clean hotel with a fantastic breakfast buffet”
We‘ve never had such an amazing breakfast buffet like this before and we are traveling around the world now for 8 month. You have everything; thai food, English breakfast things, fruits, juices, great bread, a few egg dishes you can choose, and so on. The hotel is really really clean. The staff is super friendly and will help you with everything. We were even able to book the ferry via the hotel. The rooms are nice, clean and you have enough room. The gym is pretty standard; you have a few machines and dumbbells. The pool on the rooftop is nice and clean as well. The only sad thing; the rooftop bar closes at 6 pm. But other then that, we had a blast.

Amazing hotel”
Hotel indigo is outstanding. Such a pleasant stay, hotel is amazing, staff are all very nice and extremely helpful. Breakfast is very nice also. Right in the heart of Patong, close to the beach and nightlife. Highly recommended. Only tiny niggle I had was that the pillows were too soft for me, and they didn’t have any firmer ones. But that was honestly the only fault.

This Hotel is well located to the beach and the center of the activity in Patong. The facilities are so beautiful and new. The infinity pool is stunning. Also the staff and the service is impeccable. And last but not least... the food at the buffet is really tastful and better than any buffet I wver had before. So good.

Memorable stay! 100% will return”
First I will point out that I was able to check in 3 hours early and checkout 2 hours late. I always appreciate hotels accommodating Check-in/checkout hours. Was welcomed with a drink and cold towel. I stayed in the King Bed Neighborhood Room and it was so beautifully designed. It has the standard room layout but not the standard room design. Comfortable king bed, bluetooth sound bar, large bathtub and rainfall shower are just a few nice touches. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve had. Not only is there a buffet but all kinds of made to order eggs, waffles, pancakes. And very high quality! The infinity swimming pool on the rooftop is great. Might be crowded during high season though. The location is great. 5 minute walk to beach road and located on the ground floor of the building is a 7-eleven, 2 pharmacies, Korean restaurant, massage shop. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back. You definitely get what you pay for!
