Good location”
Pros: cheap, good location Cons: small, bad shower, lots of stairs to climb unless you use the slow, rickety elevator, view of a disgusting alleyway, need 4 keys to get to your room

Don't Book Their Annex Rooms”
Unless you wanna carry your heavy luggage walking a few miles on the bumpy street to the rooms at their other building. Also the elevator so small we had to take a few trips to have our luggage and ourselves up and down 5 floors. We booked this hotel because it's walkable distance from the Roma Termini. But as our room is further away from the station, we ended up spent EURO $10 to take taxi to the train station when we leave. Hotel staff was helpful, however, in calling the taxi for us as we totally failed to communicate with the Italian speaking staff of the taxi company. The bathroom of the room is not too clean and with broken shower door, lucky we didn't flood the place. Breakfast was so so, no coffee for us as the coffee machine was broken as well. Also no bottle opener found in the room to open the bottles of juice that require one to open.

Not What is Advertised. Literally. ”
First off, I want to say that the staff is very friendly and very helpful. Booking a budget hotel, I was aware that the property would not be stunning. Also, I had researched the area and understood that it was not a beautiful neighborhood but very convenient. It lived up to this completely. My problem with booking this hotel was that I had spent a great amount of time to find a hotel with a terrace. When we arrived, we were sent to a different property to stay in a room which I did not agree to staying in upon payment. There was no terrace which is the only reason I had booked this hotel. We were told that since we arrived late, we were given this room. I disagree with this. If I pay to stay in a room, I would like the room I have agreed to via the advertisement. There were other more beautiful options I would have chosen had I been told there would not, indeed, be a terrace. For me, this is fraudulent and completely incorrect to put people up in a room in a different property unless it is exactly as advertised. If the hotel wants to move guests to other properties, they should say this in their advertising.

Fair value for the low price”
My girlfriend and I didn't mind our stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was convenient - a 5 min walk to the train station and buses, 20 minutes to many of the main tourist attractions. On the downside, the 'breakfast included' meant a prepackaged croissant with nutella and a tiny bottle of juice. The beds and pillows were pretty hard and church bells will ring 40 times every morning at 7 am directly outside your window, so be prepared. We didn't pay too much for the hotel so we can't be too disappointed; overall it was not great, just ok for the price.

Value for money”
Location; Helpful staff
In general value for money. We had to actually went to another building that was a bit away from the train station. Comfy beds. Bathroom needs better maintenance...
