Fantastic hotel, staff, and facilities”
After four weeks of travelling Europe on the cheap, my partner and I decided to treat ourselves at the end with highly rated Hotel Innsbruck and wow - it did not disappoint. Check in process was seamless. I walked in at 9:30AM knowing the room wasn't likely to be ready (it wasn't), but customer service took my details, let me leave my luggage there, and offered to call me when the room was ready. I wandered town a while, and was called. I came back and learned that my luggage had already been moved to the room! That was a first (but I also haven't stayed at such a nice hotel before). The room was very clean, and the bathroom was just as nice. My only complaint would be that there is no mechanical ventilation, but this may very well be because of building age. I almost felt guilty being here because this quality is pretty far out of my price range. But I did pay for it. We also took advantage of the pool. I did go after 6PM which was adults only, so I can't comment on what it is like prior. There were only 3 couples including ourselves. My partner enjoyed the sauna. Plenty of towels, though we weren't sure where the slippers were, and we ended up coming down from our room barefoot. There was also a free drink station with different flavoured waters and light juices. Breakfast was such a surprise. There was an assortment of breads, meats, sausages, scrambled eggs, fruit salad, roasted vegetables, yogurt, cheese plate.. and smoked salmon! I can't remember too much more. Coffee is table service. 100% will be back to this hotel if we're ever again in Innsbruck. Points to note: - We were here early January, so we can't say much about the heating/cooling in the room, other than the dials were very old-style. We both come from cold countries, so we slept with the window cracked open. - The mattress was amazing. Best sleep I had had in a while. - Curtains block a lot of light. - We were situated on the second floor towards the back of the hotel, so can't comment mu

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had the triple room with a view of the river and it was GREAT! At night there was a light show on the colored houses and was lovely to see. The location is fantastic. Close to walk to everything you need. Wifi was fast. Breakfast had a great variety. Only complaint about breakfast would be that there was no coffee station. You had to wait for someone to assist with your order and the downside was that you had to wait sometimes quite a bit. The spa and the pool were our afternoon highlight. It was fantastic! Would just recommend slippers be supplied by the hotel as they do supply gowns for the pool and spa. Overall would stay again!

The hotel deserves 5 stars for everything they provide. Central location in the old district, room spacious and spotless clean, attentive service both in the reception and the restaurant, and the breakfast buffet was amazing with a lot of choice to choose from. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back, if I visit the city again.

Prons: very nice staff, always helpful. Great facilities. Great locations. Big breakfast. Cons: there is not much. Everything was great. There is just a small thing no kettles with tea/coffee in the rooms, however you can get a hot water from the kitchen in morning.

The location doesn't get any better than this hotel. The room was a bit simple, but we only stayed for one night and enjoyed ourselves. The staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, arrived way before check-in time but got another room that was already available. Pool is nice with all day steam bath and sauna. Room clean and very recently renovated. Walking distance to train station, old town just around the corner. Close to cable car. Had great stay!
