Exceptional”
It’s a business hotel in Tokyo, so, like other hundreds in town, its rooms are small but but very clean, quiet, friendly, and super duper convenient! 7 min walk to Tokyo metro Yurakucho Line (Ginza-itchome), 1 min to Tokyo metro Ginza line (Kyobashi), and Toei Asakusa line(Takaracho) is right next to the exit. A family mart supplies you whenever you’re in need everyday. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Less crowded than those popular tourist areas but it still connectto attractions by walk or by shirt transportation. Wonder staff and they had been helpful. They provide luggage storage services on the day you check-out. It’ll be a great help if your flight is later and you’re worried about to carry all your luggage before your last minute shopping trip or look around this nice city more after 11am checkout. We had been staying for four nights there, but they change sheets, towels, and refill complimentary supplies by daily basis even though you don’t request it!!! Highly recommended.

Clean, modern hotel in excellent location ”
Very modern, clean brand new hotel on the edge of Ginza. Excellent location footsteps from two metro lines ( Kyobashi and Takaracho). Walking distance to Tokyo station ( wheeled my 32kg suitcase there comfortably). It’s a 20min walk from Tsukiji. Family mart on the ground floor was realky convenient. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. Had a few issues with my A/C but they did everything they could to help and eventually helped me to change rooms ( no complaints here, sometimes things just need a repair, and they solved the problem!) My superior double was very small but this is typical of Tokyo hotels. Two large people might find the sleeping quarters cramped but if you plan to spend most of your time sightseeing then this hotel is great. I’d book a larger room for two people. Great value for money given the location, cleanliness and friendly service from the staff.

convenient. right by the asakusa line. use the A8 exit with elevator if you have rolling luggage.”
their single room is big enough for two people. their bathroom is bigger than what i've seen in other business hotels. i loved that i was put on the 17th floor with a good view of kyobashi. the hotel is located right between Ginza and the Tokyo Station. around 10 mins each way but a good walk. they have a Family Mart right on the first floor of the hotel building so if you don't opt for their breakfast, you can always just buy downstairs. The nearest Metro line is the Asakusa line which goes straight to and from Haneda airport. Note that if you are lugging around big pieces of luggage then make sure to exit and enter the nearest station through the A8 exit which is the only one with an elevator. I liked this hotel. will definitely stay again.

Nothing could be better!!”
Intergate Kyobashi absolutely surprised me with what a great hotel it was. The hotel is located between two stations of two different lines, making it convenient to get anywhere you want. The staff were attentive and friendly from the start, and I highly appreciate how you are given bath bombs - it’s the little touches that shows how much a hotel cares about you! There’s free beverages and snacks all day long, including a wonderful supper that saved us a lot of stress when we came back too late. The only downside was that there weren’t that many restaurants around, but there’s a convenience store directly connected to it, so food’s aplenty.

Great location and facilities”
Excellent location, close to two metro lines (approx 100m from Takaracho Sta. Toei-Asakusa line and about 200m from the Kyobashi Sta. Ginza line), and for travelers who like to walk, many popular Ginza restaurants and bars are between 300m to 1.5km from the hotel. A Family Mart is connected to the hotel, convenient if you need to withdraw money or buy food/supplies. Room is very clean and has complete facilities, including a smartphone that you can use to navigate or make local calls. The single non-smoking room was comfortably spaced: I had one large suitcase and one carry-on bag and still felt like I was not cramped. Beds and sheets are also very comfortable. The hotel also offers a rotating schedule of coffee, snacks, tea, and drinks in the lounge, though I wasn't able to try these. Service was okay — hospitality was not above and beyond, and you may have some trouble communicating with the reception staff, who do not speak a lot of English. I had a great stay nonetheless.

Well designed and really convenient”
Everything is well designed and new. There is a complimentary ochazuke in the evenings. The hotel is next to Takaracho station and Kyobashi station making it easy to get to all the tourist spots. I was able to take an express train to Haneda airport and got there in under 35 minutes from the hotel for just 560yen. Also there is plenty of good food and shopping in the Ginza area next door as well as the Mitsukoshi departmental store just near by. A really good price for a hotel of this quality in this district. Would definitely return again.

Great place to stay at for solo travellers”
Hotel Intergate is a very modern hotel which, I believe, is aimed for people travelling for business. As a solo traveller, the room was quite small, but was definitely enough space to stay in and had all the facilities I needed. The room was clean and looked just like in the photo when I booked it. It is a great place to stay if you only plan to stay there to sleep. The location is great walking distance from everything. It has a convenience store right next to the building which was great for when you want late-night food. Upon arrival, for women they give you a mini bag with items that will help you relax in your room such as a hair-tie and choice of bath salts. Would definitely book here again.

Exceptional”
Big thanks to the receptionist (his name starts with T). We approached him on 12th July night to ask about delivering one of our luggage to the next Tokyo hotel while we will be away at Kyoto for 3D2N. He helped us fill in the delivery service form in Japanese with his nice handwriting and even helped to call my next Tokyo hotel to inform them! As this is our first time trying this arrangement, these gestures helped to put us at ease. We are really grateful for his help and really impressed! Hotel wise, it is in a peaceful neighborhood that is easy and nice to walk around (even to and fro Ginza if the weather is nice!). With Takaracho Subway Station nearby, it's convenient. The room is nice, clean and well thought out design. I'll be back if I visit Japan again!

Great location, cosy rooms, helpful staff”
The hotel is located at a convenient walk from Tokyo Station and Ginza Line subway. It is also just a few minutes walk to Ginza, the bustling economic and shopping hub of Tokyo. Lots of good food places nearby. The wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and guided us on everything. They gave lots of free amenities. There is also a happy hour everyday with free wine and snacks. There is a Family Mart located on the ground floor where you can buy snacks and other things that you might need during your trip. Would highly recommend it to everyone!

Great hotel near Tokyo Station”
Superclean hotel, efficient and lovely staff - exactly what I needed. A cough away from Kyobashi station, Takaracho is a block away, Tokyo station is abut 10 mins away. Rooms are compact and modern, communal lounge is stylish and quiet. Another entrance for guests only through a convenience store on the ground floor. Great option if you are looking for quiet cometemprary hotel close to the station.

Good stay”
Despite a small room, the location was great. Roughly 10 minutes walk from Tokyo Station. 2 metro station (Kyobashi Stn - Ginza Line & Takaracho Stn - Asakusa Line) is just 1 minute walk from the hotel. A lot of convinence stores nearby (Family Mart, Lawson, 7E, etc.) The room provided all the basic amenities including pyjamas & room slippers. Only twice that they didn’t replenish our tea/coffee & toilet paper. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Great for business travelers imo”
Hotel is located about 10min walk from tokyo main station but there are a few other subways which are located nearby. Ginza is a short walk away Hotel feels very new and rooms are very functional. Room itself was quite small (but that seems be the case in Tokyo) so can be quite a nightmare if you’re traveling with large baggage (the bathroom is very spacious though) The hotel serves some snacks are various times of the day (with the exception of breakfast which is not free) which is great

Nice hotel. Good location. Very clean. Reasonably priced.”
Hotel is small and quiet. I had a single room 140sf with the view of the street on high floor. It's small but cosy and adequate. It's also very clean both the room and bathroom, so I felt comfortable staying there. Close to JR Tokyo station Yeasu entrance/exit, about 10-15 min walk and easy to navigate as the hotel is on a main street. Didnt try out breakfast (menu looks yummy) but had the complimentary late night Japanese meal of rice with a variety of toppings finished with dashi broth. Its every night they have it. Also 5-7pm every evening its happy hour with complimentary beverages and snacks, wine included. Complimentary beverages (except alcohol) are available almost all day till late in the lounge. Tokyo metro and Toei subway are also very close by, within short minutes walk on the main street. Price I paid was very reasonable. Staffs are nice. There is 1 english news channel. A convenient store is just next to the hotel so its very easy to get drinks, food and etc.

Great value and location!”
Good value hotel conveniently located within walking distance of Tokyo station , Ginza shopping, and many metro lines! It made traveling a breeze to explore other parts of the city and to catch the shinkansen. The hotel room is small but normal by Tokyo standards. Hotel staff was professional and helpful conversing in a English. It will definitely be on my list for my next visit to Tokyo based on convenience and value!

Another satisfied guest”
Great location. Minutes away from Tokyo Station and Ginza. They also have 24hr convenience store on ground floor, which helps a lot. Hotel is new and very clean. The staffs are multicultural and friendly. Not a big fan of the room size, but it is adequate for 2 people. They also have a Handy phone in every room (its a free to use mobile phone with unlimited data) which we appreciate. It helped us navigate Tokyo without renting pocket wifi, which can be very pricey in Japan. Overall, it was a very good experience. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Great hotel just blocks from most transportation”
The room is bigger than some I’ve stayed at in Tokyo. A fairly new hotel so its fixtures and carpet are clean without any smoke smell. I got up early and went to the lobby for coffee which was free made to order from the staff before the buffet opened. Lobby area is modern looking with a community table for drinking coffee and reading the paper. At checkout, they graciously stored my large luggage (my daughter brought her winter clothes for her abroad studies here) until I return from my trip to Sendai (because I’ll be staying at the hotel when I return to Tokyo). Right below the Hotel is a Family Mart for all your needs. Tokyo Metro is literally down at the corner. The main reason For booking this hotel is it is just a few blocks from Tokyo station for the Shinkansen and NEX. This is definitely the hotel I’m coming back to for my future trips.

Perfect Hotel”
The hotel is located centrally in Tokyo , only a few minutes walk to Ginza, Tokyo station ... Many substations just a few steps away. There is free lounge drinks and snacks offered whole day. The room is small like all the Tokyo hotels. But somehow it feels like big enough for all you need. If I were a selfish person then I will keep this hotel as a secret and save it for myself :)

Excellent”
The location was pretty great as it's near 2 metro stations (Kyobashi and Takaracho), which is very convenient for navigation around central Tokyo. There's also a really small Family Mart right downstairs and a bunch of pretty good food places in the areas surrounding the building, e.g. Heavenly Daibo, a tempura place. Didn't use many of the facilities but the room had nice, thoughtful touches, such as the locations of the outlets and the light switches, the shower water controls, as well as provided pajamas. The room itself is quite small, though there's a lot of space in the bathroom. There's also plenty of English for instructions. There are also pillows of 2 different firmness levels provided. Would recommend, and possibly return again.

Loved my stay here. Minimalist but highly functional”
I love the rooms, despite it being small, its functional, and comes with a humidifier, and even room mist. I was impressed with their detailed attention. Checking in was easy as with checking out. The hotel was highly secured, with the access card required to tap in after 12 am. And a family mart right below. So convenient! The train stations are also near, with the Tokyo station within walking distance, as with Ginza too. On the whole, very functional, roomy and comfortable stay here.
